    Pros +

    • The staff were friendly, courteous, helpful. Management helped out when I needed it.
    • Comfortable traditional hotel with a good restaurant
    • Location of the hotel is great, on the main road through the village, with parking on the street or in the garage. We had an excellent set menu dinner with lots of extra courses!

    Cons -

    • Room was rather dark
    • The only negative was the stairs were difficult with luggage as no lift but we knew this beforehand.
    • the bathroom is actually very dated and the shower was not good.It was not possible to find the switch for the lights above the bed and it was impossible to switch off the light on the left side, consequently we had light shining all night long which made it difficult to sleep well.

We were warmly greeted by the host and were very pleased with a nice cup of coffee and biscuits when we arrived.

the bathroom is actually very dated and the shower was not good.It was not possible to find the switch for the lights above the bed and it was impossible to switch off the light on the left side, consequently we had light shining all night long which made it difficult to sleep well.

Staff were welcoming and friendly both at the hotel and the restaurant. The family room we booked actually had two bedrooms which was perfect for us. The location was great, walkable to everything in the very small town, and accessible by road ( on the main road but not noisy). Wonderful location for views etc.

A little tired but it was clean. A kettle in the room would have been appreciated and maybe a fridge. The restaurant was great but would have appreciated some lighter options for dinner other than the 25euro plats. It was the most expensive place we booked over our trip, but not sure we saw the value for money in it.

Very good continental style breakfast. Various breads and viennoises, orange juice, local cheeses and ham available.

    Coffee could be better.

Relaxing stop over. Very comfortable bed and quiet room. Traditional old style French hotel.

    3Anne-FrancePosted on: 6-3-2022

Convenient to stop for the night

Staff not very friendly...Way too expensive for what it is!Cappuccino is 6 euros... and was just a bad coffee with "steamed milk foam"

    Lovely room.

The restaurant was open for dinner the first night but on the second night it was closed and you had to pre order a set meal. As I am vegetarian they offered me no options. There was nowhere else to eat so we ate some snacks from the petrol station for dinner. Very disappointing.
