Pros +
- Loved the location, breakfast, and staff. Really central location which was helpful for with a baby since we need to come back to the room to feed and have her nap. Staff were incredibly helpful for checking in and at breakfast. They gave amazing and huge cappuccinos for free with breakfast.
- The view was so amazing with a corner room: castle AND the river. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
- Perfect location for visiting Cochem! The hotel was very nice with a nice restaurant and the rooms were comfy. I would definitely stay here again!
Cons -
- I did not like the carpet floors. I think carpet is unhygienic and I just don't see how they could keep shag brown carpet clean. I wore my shoes at all times in the room. Honestly, I won't go back because of the carpet. the bathroom was also very small
- Corner shower was a bit small, but the water temperature and pressure were excellent.
- The parking is unclear. The parking facilities in front of the hotel is only "available" for 3 hrs. Therefor it is incorrect for booking to mentioned that it has parking. There is a paid parking garage just a street away. Parking can be resolved easily . but the hotel doesn't have parking facilities

The location was fantastic. Our rooms were next to each other as we requested. The balconies facing the Mosel River were spectacular. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very polite.
There is nothing I didn't like.
Great location and friendly helpful manager! Breakfast was excellent!
LocationView of castle from our room
Minimal presence at reception, not welcoming or helpful in getting introduction to the area Carpeting is out of dateSmall bathroom w/ no fanNo coffee Only 1 water up on arrival
Close to everything, river Moselle, restaurants, attractions were all walking distance. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was grand, with choices of hot and cold options, delicious fresh breads, rolls, croissants, etc. and you could sit on the beautiful terrasse outdoor.
Unfortunately the walls are very thin and we could hear everything in the room nextdoor (they received a Facetime call late in the evening and we could hear their phone ring and the whole conversation, even with ear plugs!). The shower was fairly small. The parking options are a bit far from the hotel.
Location, comfortable, clean
They did not have a coffee maker in the room.
Location and view
No parking
Keyless entry
Everything was good until the next morning someone was working in the room next door early banging a hammer or something. We wanted to sleep late but could because of the noise.
The view. And the self check in worked very well.
The parking is quite far away. If you mobility issues, it would be a problem. Was a shame the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday.
Amazing location, view, staff, and quality of the room. I would stay no other place if coming to stay in the area. Breakfast was great and pricing was perfect as well.
Nothing. Everything was perfect!
Location, Santa left at door
No washcloth and tiny shower
Breakfast was excellent and well appointed. The room was perfect and facing the river. Stunning view!
Breakfast was nice, friendly staff, very helpful. The view from the front room is nice, of course, as the river Mosel is beautiful. though a nice hotel, lots of wood (like in German hotels) and gives a bit of a dated impression. But for Cochem, yes, I can recommend this hotel.
I thought the room rate I paid was a bit high, but apparently it is busy on the Mosel in October. Parking is possible only 10 min walk from the hotel for 3,50 per night. Hotel will give you directions.
The staff very friendly and helpfull. Good and quick service.
Thin walls, can hear neighbours coughing and spluttering in their room at night, some road noise as well.
The location and the view from the room's balcony was great.
There is no parking place belongs to the hotel.
Great location Friendly staffVery good breakfast Nice onsite restaurant
Disappointed with our room as had a poor aspect The bathroom looked a bit tired
Great location, easy check in Best breakfast
