Pros +
- Nice food, very clean hotel
- The hotel has a very good location an ATM, the river ride vessels, the tourist info center, decent restaurants, all within a very few steps.
- Breakfast was good and enough. With salmon and cava. Very friendly staff.
Cons -
- Shower door wasn't very good the door kept coming off the runners wouldn't close properly.
- Maybe a bit expensive, but in terms of the location, it can be paid.
- We were surprised that the front desk closed at 5:00, the manager tried to contact me via email instead of texting me that we needed to use a side door. Who closes the front desk at 5:00?

Loved the location. Friendly staff. Great terrace!
Our sizeable room had a balcony overlooking the Mosel river. Breakfast was superb. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Close to lots of restaurants and shops and the bridge crossing the Mosel.
The breakfast and breakfast room were exceptional! The man at the front desk was consistently cheerful and helpful.Great location for accessing all of town.
Situated at the prime location of the heart of the small city. The Castle is visible from its terrace. Nice clean room and bathroom, spacious. The staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was inclusive and was good. Overall a nice experience.
Maybe a bit expensive, but in terms of the location, it can be paid.
The location was great, within walking distance of the train station and near many restaurants. The room was comfortable with a small balcony overlooking the shopping streets. For breakfast, there were many good options. The staff was very agreeable and nice.
Breakfast buffet was very good. Close to the train station, but be ready to pull your roller across the cobblestones :(

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the Moselle Valley. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Our room was on the back street above a pub with extremely loud noise until the wee hours of the morning. Long-term parking was a 15 minute walk.
Great location. Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff.
Breakfast was excellent and good location
No air conditioner and rooms outdated. Didn’t feel clean overall the room
The location is amazing, breakfast is the best, basically a brunch and the shower was also very good.
No air conditioning and the fan was not strong enough,, the room was very hot. On the day of the check in the front desk was open from 3 pm to 5 pm for check in, very short window.
Lovely breakfast patio
Extremely noisy at the back of hotel at night. Interrupted our sleep
Great location and fabulous rooms
No kettle in room, or coffee making facilities
Great location and the decor was very modern and sophisticated. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice
The reception closes at 5.00 which is way too early for most people Parking is public car park 5 minutes from the hotel
The perfect location to see Cochem and Bellstein, with the train station a few meters away, and the ship cruises just across, and right smack in the Old Town. The castle on the hill can be seen clearly fromthe terraceThe nice decor!
The very rude old lady at the breakfast service!!!
Great location in the middle of the village. Big room with everything you need. Breakfast was very extended and good quality. They also have a nice terras with view on the castle where you can drink a coffee or a wine.
Could not make a thee or coffee in the room. We like to have a thee in the room after dinner.
Good breakfast. Nice location.
In our room there was a carpetedfloor wich is not very good for allergic people.
The location is excellent - on the Mosel River and right in the heart of everything Cochem. The women (don't know her name) who checked us in was lovely and went out of her way to ensure we were looked after. The hotel is very quaint, with a balcony allowing us to appreciate the stunning view, and a comfortable, spacious bed making our stay wonderful. Breakfast was fresh and had a good choice too.
Not the fault of the staff but the reception closes at 5pm. Be aware if you are running late for check in.
