    Pros +

    • The location and the breakfast food was great!
    • The breakfast was very extensive and of top quality. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room were very clean and pleasant to stay in, with a beautiful view of the Moselle.
    • Nice view by room with tiny balcony.Spacious room.

    Cons -

    • It was unfortunate that you had to leave the hotel in the cold to go to the breakfast room in the other building. The indoor pool was nice, but the water was much too cold for a wellness pool.
    • Room without kettle. There are 2 separate buildings of the hotel. We stayed in isolated building which is around 50 meters away from main building for check-in and dining area, a bit inconvenient.
    • I can't speak for dinner in restaurant, we ate elsewhere.

The view from the balcony of the room was amazing. Great staff. Great food. Great bike storage. Very comfortable and quiet room.

    Having to leave!

Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful reception staff, lovely terrace for an evening drink

Elevator was slow. Very minor thing.

Wonderful hotel. Great location, tasty breakfast, very kind stuff, so clean. SPA area is not big- but very clean, nice, peaceful and with great view. Bed sheets was excellent quality. We were welcomed with champagne directly on reception and far welled with small bag with water and snacks. The view on the castle is amazing, hotel itself is not big, but very cosy and quite. I don’t understand why it’s not rated higher, it deserves definitely minimum 9.

Double bed contains from 2 separate beds- so for us as couple it wasn’t comfortable. But we knew it before, so there’s nothing to complain about.

    Location and breakfast

Reception and building to stay-they are separate

    very beautiful location.

you have to book parking and pay 15 euro per night. but the alternative might be more expensive hotel is a bit dated. but clean

    1GemmaPosted on: 4-16-2025

We were charge higher than it should be. The matter already in booking.com customer service, because its a long story. Another disappointing is , it is a trick. There are two hotels and we dont know that. We were place on the other one, and hola! they ask if we brought our own towels!!!Charging us £188 for a night! We have to carry their towels fromthe other hotel. The towels are old!!!, there was no other good facility but only the spa, (at least there is one). I felt like we have tricked so much

Very nice breakfast, comfy bed and big room.

The room looked straight from the 70s and the curtains were a bit ripped.

the location is perfect, the service is good but the view during the breakfast is beautiful.

    10AndrejPosted on: 11-7-2024

Everything was super. I just miss a little large bed in a room for one person, cause the room has space. Perfect view from the hotel.

Our stay was in the Triton building. I picked Triton for the swimming pool location. Lovely, comfortable room and beds. Lots of closet space. Nice, large bathroom. Very friendly, helpful staff. Underground parking available. You will need to walk to the Brixiade location for breakfast. Just a 2 minute walk. Fabulous breakfast !

The hotel is actually on the other side of the river from the main city of Cochem. About a 15 minute walk across the bridge from the hotel. But a beautiful view of the city and castle from the bridge.

    10ChitrasenanPosted on: 10-5-2024

Well heated room. Clealiness of the room. Prompt service for problem with the room card access, overflowing buffet spread. Great place to have a peaceful holiday to unwind. Good pool and sauna.

The hotel is over 2 buildings (separated)so we had to go out of building for breakfast and checkout. But minor issue.

    8KeyvanPosted on: 9-26-2024

The breakfast was excellent, and they also have a restaurant. We didn’t get the chance to try dinner there, but based on the quality of the breakfast, it should be good. There’s no elevator, but that’s understandable given that it’s an older building. It wasn’t a big issue for us. The bed was okay—neither very comfortable nor uncomfortable.

The parking was quite expensive at €15, it should have been free, and the weekend stay was also on the pricier side. Additionally, the parking lot didn’t have an EV charger, which was a bit inconvenient.

Check in was rude & unprofessional. Sent us down the street to a different building. Had reserved parking but canceled since different location. They still Sent me a bill for parking anyway, which I will not pay.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was lovely!

We had to go back to the front desk three times as they stopped working. Our hotel room was as hot at a sauna. We asked for a fan and realized when we got back to the room it was broken. The pool was nice but the sauna was broken down. The staff during the afternoon were not friendly at all, however the breakfast staff was absolutely lovely.

Location was perfect. Breakfast also really good quality

The room we were given was really bad with even worse view.

The only thing worth the cost was the view

Room was small. Bathroom very badly laid out and breakfast was below average
