Toilet with transparent door to the bedroom.At night many drunk teens were crying very loud and disturb our sleeping, almost every day

The location and our room with balcony

Having a lift that only went to the first floor. Our room was on the forth, a lot of stairs when your knees are not so good.

Location is perfect. It’s right by the bridge and a short walk to the center. The room is big and clean and we were able to check in early.

Very nice staff. Restaurant was good and breakfast was awesome.

Earlier breakfast hours would be nice.

Had hard ti.e to get into the hotel. Phone number given by the entrance was not answered for 30 min. Lucky I found a shop under who had contact with owner.

Our room was lovely. Our patio overlooked the river and the Alstadt. The food in the restaurant was excellent - we had dinner there 2 nights.Breakfast was good each morning. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We did not eat at the restaurant, but we did have drinks at the bar and everything is amazing. The hotel was very welcoming, clean and right in the center of old town. Our room was huge and had a view of the cross on the hill above us and the streets down below. I can't wait to stay here again.

Great location — walk to the train station. Great food. Free breakfast included. Proprietors are lovely. Excellent service. Very clean.

Nothing. For the price is a real bargain. Would totally stay there again!

- lots of noise going on past midnight (on the terrace of the hotel & on the street) & also in the morning (staff starting up at 5.30 am two nights in a row with terrible noise in the lift & hallway for hours): avoid room 1 & 2 on the first floor- very soft bed- towel rack covered in thick layer of dust

Breakfast was nice, and I was offered with egg and bacon which were made fresh and hot and serviced in time. The restaurant made good food. I will recommend to try the lunch and dinner.

Foe me, it is okay. But for people who are not so flexible with feet could be. The hotel rooms are on the third and fourth (German standard) floors. The main entrance will be closed after 8:30 PM. So you need to walk from the ground floor.

The room location was a bit strange ,because you had to go out through restaurant or up back stairs ,but room itself was great with a great view overlooking the square and street ,breakfast was great ,lots of choices,overal no complaints.
