Room was a bit small for 3 people

The Alpina Mountain Resort is amazing! We loved our stay there. The location is wonderful and the staff is really friendly and nice! The breakfast is great and we could apreciate the breath taking view while eating.The restaurant is great and the food was delicious and was served quicky. There is a ski station around 5 minutes by foot. There you can rent ski accessories. It is amazing place to spend winter vacation.

Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.

beautiful mountain resort with nice rooms, spa and views. the foods were great too.

it‘s ski in and ski out hotel, but didn’t have any snow, so we stayed the entire week without being able to ski directly, and had to drive 40min to another mountain. when it started snowing, it was hard to drive up and drive down as it was too slippery and the car almost fell down the clip.

I would highly recommend this property. Great/peaceful location in the mountains, completely renovated a few years ago, the spa and room look like brand new!

Room could be a little bigger, but it was alright for the price.

Clean and well maintained property. Friendly and professional staff. Small Spa area with everything you might need. Bus stop and slopes in walking distance.

The restaurant could use an additional staff member in peak hours.

The view from the room was amazing. The spa area was quite nice with a steam room, 3 saunas, and a whirlpool. Breakfast buffet was good. The staff was very nice.

Both on booking.com as well as on the website it is specified that massages are offered, which is not the case.

We were surprised to be upgraded from the Lodge due to renovations. The Resort was amazing! Very friendly team, awesome spa and great rooms. Loved our stay!

The drive up can be a bit scary for inexperienced drivers, when it comes to mountain roads.

totally down-sized in comparison to the previous operators.absolutely no hospitality, very limited opening hours of the reception, standard breakfast with out eggsroad to the hotel was not cleared (it did not snow during or shortly before our stay). We could not drive up to the hotel and had to rely on the limited shuttle service.restaurant is good, but over-pricedno good value for money, over-prized

Great find! Beautiful hotel in pretty yet quiet village. The hotel is newly renovated and has a nice restaurant, also with good vegan and vegetarian options, and also a small spa. The views are breathtaking. Come here to relax and unwind, we slept really well: the rooms are quiet and the bed very comfortable. We felt well taken care of by the staff.

We overall enjoyed the hotel restaurant (be aware that there are not many other food options in the area). Breakfast selection is OK but not amazing. Also once or twice there were glitches with the meals (don't order the Alpina bowl, very disappointing) and sometimes service and food service was very slow. However, the staff was very welcoming and attentive and managed the situation well

Very clean

Dinner was a painful experience. Had to wait for 1.5 hrs for our food the first evening we ate there and 2.5 hrs for our main course the second evening. The staff tried to do their best but they are not trained waiters and there are too few of them for the tables served.

Quiet, and comfortable bed, and very close to the ski lift. Old Resort but has a clean and modern style ?

The dinner was very disappointing - the asian dish was served as a soup (very liquidy) with a few mushrooms and 3 pieces of floating chicken, with a side of rice (dessert was great though), and the bar area did not live up to its potential. Whirlpool out of order ?
