Great location for hiking, overlooking the lake with easy access to Lenzerheide.Room was comfortable, well appointed with great viewsFull board was good value with a good breakfast buffer and excellent dinner.

Beautiful clean property. Excellent restaurant with lovely terrace. Beautiful spa, robes and towels provided. At the post auto and free sports bus stops. Short walk to the bahn and the lake.

Heating is controlled by reception - which makes sense from an environmental point of view but was too hot at night

Welcoming and warming. Great breakfast and dinner and the salat bar . The spa is also very nice, so good after skiing. Hotel beds are very comfortable. The staff was very sweet.

The friendly reception started immediately I arrived, I was made most welcome by the receptionist who spoke excellent english. The room provide was a decent size and spotlessly clean. There were plenty of power sockets provided. The evening meal was very good and the staff well highly professional with good english. A good buffet breakfast was provided in the morning with a good choice of food.

Basically the bed and pillows were softer than my preference, not really a fault of the hotel.

We loved the hotel and were made to feel very welcome. Staff were cheerful, friendly and attentive. Our rooms were clean and beautifully furnished and we loved having access to the balcony and mountain views. The spa is also lovely and we visited every day.Mealtimes were great. There was lots of choice; food was fresh, well cooked and tasty and breakfast supplies were replenished continually. The staff even made us a packed lunch to take with us as we left before breakfast on the last day.

The bed is super comfortable and so are the pillows and blankets. Would stay again just to have a rest in this nice bed!I liked the salad buffet as part of the dinner. Big and fresh selection.Also breakfast was really nice.

It is nice, but spa is bit outdated and for jacuzzi one needs to pay. Also food was good, but not excellent. A coffee machine in the room would be a nice thing.

Very kind people. Family owned. Makes you feel you are at home. Great team. Simple, efficient and comfortable.
