Hotel Krone - Aktiv & Erholt

The view of the lake was awesome. The location is great with easy access to public transit. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They exceeded my expectations in customer service.

Really nice and relax the location perfect just beside activities if you stay 2 nights and more they give you free access to the activities and it coasts alot alone i stayed one more night because i liked it liked the vibes

Friendly staff, clean and well appointed rooms.

Perhaps a shame no restaurant available for dinner but the alternative recommendation from the hotel was excellent and free shuttle there and back was such a help.

It has a great location, a spacious parking, great view and tasty breakfast

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly, the breakfast really tasty and bed comfortable. Having the possibility to go to the SPA and afterwards sit on the balcony and enjoy the view, was relaxing!The rooms are soundproof, so we were not disturbed by any noise. As well, not to forget about the free underground packing!We will definitely book this hotel again for our future trip.

The pillow was too big, but you have the options to change it. Just ask at the reception.

Underground garage has electric charging but you need to bring your own cables. Pizzas in restaurant were good but the choices outside the pizza menu were a little limited.

Fitness room needs absolutely an update, almost useless for cardio - both on equipment quality/use and on amount.Actually the only issue which was remarked, but a very important one for many guests.

SPA and quality and quantity of breakfast were good

Room was cold and it took the whole night to warm up, I asked to have a small plug-in heating device but they said they didn't have which it's quite surprising for a good hotel.There's no internal phone to call the reception just an unuseful tablet so every time you have to walk there.

Not sure why this is a 3 Star hotel, absolutely fantastic - from the first to the last moment. Exceptionally kind employees, from receptionist to waitress and Chef de Service. Clean, great SPA, good location and fantastic for the price.

Only 2 things , firstly, as the food was perfect we felt the wine was to expensive, paying £60 for a £10 bottle was quite steep, as other restaurants did also have a more reasonable option, and secondly, you have a beautiful spa area, which we were enjoying very much until we were joined by a number of naked Germans, we certainly arnt prudish but whilst relaxing didn’t really want to have to endure a variety of shapes , and also from a hygiene point of view sitting on the slabs in the sauna

We enjoyed the beautiful mountain setting and views from our little patio outside our room. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The bedding was clean and cozy and the room was quiet. The spa and wellness center was an amazing spot to relax and unwind after a busy day of travel. So peaceful. We enjoyed the lovely free breakfast in the morning. We only stayed one night, after taking the Bernina Express from Tirano to Chur, but it was just what we needed to recoup and be ready to travel again.

Even though this hotel is located outside of Chur, the location was very good. We loved the view of the mountains surrounding us and the fact that it was a quiet town. Our room was very modern and spacious, and we had a balcony to relax on. the restaurant was pricey but very nice.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices

Restaurant was closed for our visit. We booked hotels with a restaurant facility so that we wouldn't have to go looking for one after a days travel. Kind of disapointing that we had to leave the hotel on a rainy evening to find something to eat.
