Hotel Rendez Vous

Good breakfast (good choice, quality of food/coffee), clean rooms, attentive staff(initial problem resolved fast, allowed to use my room way before checkin).

Minor details like thin walls (can hear neighbours too well), broken shower holder, small shower cabin, hard to control heater.

Good location for the Via Francigena, nice restaurant downstairs, good breakfast. The gentleman running the breakfast was kind enough to make me a soy cappuccino.

The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The water pressure was strong and a good temperature. The wifi was good. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice including hot eggs. We ate dinner at the attached restaurant and were offered a 10% discount. Dinner was tasty and well priced. Recommended.

The property is centrally located. This was a big plus as we are walking the Via Francigena. Also, on site is a restaurant that is very good. We were happy to not have to look for dinner options after a long day of walking. The price was unbeatable.

Our room was small but that was ok compared to its design. Be aware not to expect too much. We had the Japanese styled room — black walls, weird bamboo sticks instead of a headboard. Very uncomfortable as it all moved, shacked and made noice every time you moved in bed. But the worst — no soundproof at all. You literally hear everything that is going on in the other rooms — tv, voices, snoring.

Shower was a bit dated but functional

Easy to reach from the highway. Central location to visit Val D'Aosta. A lot of parking.

Not a lot of options were to eat nearby. Small shower.

rooms have very very thin walls, which can deter you from sleeping. had to indicate to the neighbour many times at 11PM to watch the tv in a more silent manner

Overall experience was good. We have been at this hotel few times before. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, however the itself really needs a renovation. Also second time we have experienced cigarette smoke coming out from the vent in a bathroom.

The hotel staff were attentive. The hotel is located just above an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was very good.

Good size room , good selection for breakfast , if eco travelling not far from village bus station ,easy connection to Cervinia, Aosta and Turin using public transport.

It’s convenient to Cervinia, Aosta, and Courmayeur plus it’s run by a fantastic lady and I enjoy the locale. Excellent restaurant downstairs as well.

Great hotel in the small town of Chatillon. Staff are fabulous. Beds comfy.. it's simple and charming

Always a pleasure to stay at the Hotel Rendez Vous on our travels to and from Italy. The Staff are always amazing, breakfast is great and of course the restaurant below is the best ever! Location is perfect.

The staff was very friendly Very good breakfast Clean roomsThe restaurant in the hotel was very nice and the food was great The hotel has a water machine in the lobby, so you could have cold/room temp or gas water.

The furniture is kind of old, at least in our room it was.No minifridge in the room If you want to book this location for ski in Cervinia you should know that there is a 40 minutes drive (one hour by bus).

Our room was a bit old and didn’t have a nice view, there were other renovated ones woth better one, but theybwere taken.

Friendly staff. Good location. Comfortable bed.

Shower head and shower faucet broken & dirty. Must be replaced and cleaned.
