Beautiful hotel and room, perfect location!!Excellend food! Friendly stuff.

Pool iwas not ventilized and so not inviting to use.Outside jacuzzi was dirty.

Fantastic designed modern hotel with great facilities. Staff were great and very obliging. Pool and outdoor sauna/hot tub were great after a ski day.Pick up and drop off service into village was a bonus especially for tired legs after a ski dayRock climbing wall was a bonus.

Amazing place! Very high-level hotel and facilities, perfect staff. The spa is excellent, as are the breakfast and hotel restaurant. One of the best hotels we've been to in the world.

We had a wonderful stay at Aethos Monterosa. Highlights being the amazing design of the hotel (there is a climbing wall inside!) and the staff's kindness. The breakfast is lovely so is the spa. We would love to come back soon!

Nothing at all! We just hope the future work they are doing to the hotel and adding more rooms will not deteriorate the facilities availability! It was great that the hotel didn't feel too "busy".

Everything was perfect! Location stunning, amenities amazing, food incredible, staff so friendly! We loved our stay!

We had super nice dog friendly room which was great, but I think someone before us had their dog left in bathroom as door has massive scratch marks, not an issue, just something we noticed. And other little thing, we had amazing dinner at their Japanese restaurant, again, very delicious and great but food was coming out very fast and we asked to have a little break for the main course as we had many starters, which they did pause then but it must have been made as the main course was a little bit on colder side. Not a huge thing, just something to note for future.

Welcoming, friendly and accomodating staff were great. Really attentive shuttle service for skiing. Outside sauna was better than inside because of immersion in nature. Well designed. Good breakfast.

Staff are very well trained, very attentive and try their best to accommodate my wife's Vegan menu.Climbing wall definately a plus for the kids.Management was understanding to refund the last night of our stay due to our emergency.

- Very poor Breakfast, 2 types of cheese, 2 types of cutlets, the croissant looks like its from a supermarket. Nuts selection is very basic, they try to make up with the ala carte but still dissappointing- Food is an issue unless you are ok with pasta and steak for the full stay, overpriced.- Room fitout and furniture is very basic, pictures very heavily filtered, bed is small, you have to call reception to change the room temperature. Hotel lobby too gloomy but that is the style- dirty carpets in the corridor that deperately need to be changed- Champoluc has very little to offer

Stunning design. The common areas are comfortable and cozy, and the outdoor sauna and hot bathtubs are fantastic. The staff are very attentive, and the shuttle service to the city center is a great convenience.

Aethos Monterosa is a very good property in a stunning location. The Monterosa ski area exceeded our expectations in terms of snow quality, grooming and lack of crowds. The hotel provides an extremely convenient shuttle service to the two main lifts in Champoluc and Frachey. The breakfast is very good and the staff was very diligent in providing good recommendations for dinner in the surrounding area.

The interior of the hotel is slightly off with the Aethos brand - some decor was kept from the previous hotel manager and it doesn’t seem to fit.While the staff is extremely nice, we found service to be somewhat inconsistent - nothing that some training won’t fix.

Very nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious rooms! Family-friendly, there is even a climbing wall in the hotel and also at the pool they have all the accessories for the kids. Also, you are very close to 2 major lifts, a 2-minute drive and they offer a shuttle service, which is included.

Although the food is nice in both of the restaurants in the hotel, it is a bit expensive by local standards.

Location is good, 20 min walk from ski lift but there is a shuttle bus they run. Great climbing wall on-site, nice swimming pool. Big rooms on two levels

we had big problem with the payment! we paid twice the amount, first after recieved mail from booking.com. and second in hotel who said not having payment. The customer service of booking is a real disaster, very hard to communicate with them. after two weeks still not solved! bitter end of very nice holiday

Great location, amazing activities like the ice climbing and climbing/bouldering inside. Really cool idea, it's unique. The coaches and staff are also top notch. Also the outdoor Sauna as well as indoor are made really really well. Such a fun experience. The shuttle brings you wherever you want. Very good service.

Food was far away from 5stars. Quality was really bad (hamburger bun was old and cracked like a cookie) as well as the selection. You feel every cent that can be saved is saved. For example you can order Salmon by asking the waiter, but they don't offer it in the self service buffet. Raise the room prices if you have to, but i dislike cheap behaviour. One of many examples. Despite this i would def come back bc of the fun stuff. Just need somebody that personally really cares and has pride in the food.
