Beautiful pool, great drink service at the pool, nice spa facilities

The evening front desk staff was uninterested and when we asked for directions and for her to call a restaurant for us, she acted like she was doing us a favor. The beds are old and hard and have dips in them and the rooms were quite hot with no AC, or even a fan or cross breeze.

On arrival in our room, the sheets were dirty. The cleaning of the room each day was very average.

This hotel is outstanding. Fantastic staff, really great SPA (we loved the outdoor pool!), one of the best breakfasts I ever had at a hotel. Nice, comfy rooms and don't miss out on the bar menu at the hotel! They claim not to offer dinner - but the small plates offered at the bar is more than enough for breakfast. The drinks were also amazing - and the bartender too :) The hotel also offers a shuttle to the gondola that we used, very nice!

The room we had was quite hot and lacked A/C and the windows do not open, so we had to have the bathroom window and door open to get a nice temperature! Meanwhile some other guests complained that their room was too cold.

Very friendly staff, warm welcome, free parking, very clean rooms, excellent breakfast with full and unlimited choice, and free shuttle to lift station. Also good spa, complementary robes. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily go back.

No restaurant at hotel so need to eat out. Book tables in advance at local restaurants as they get fully booked.

The hotel is really amazing, all staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread is unbelievable, something for everyone. We loved the large hot tub and wellness centre two saunas, two steam rooms, a relaxation area and a full range of therapy services as well. The hotel was immaculate. Our room was nicely decorated with lots of nice touches, chocolates, apples as a welcome gift, blankets available to be able to sit outside on the balcony in comfort. We were able to park at the hotel ( 90 mins from Turin airport) We will definitely return

Words cant explain how amaizing this place, I didnt saw staff like this in any other hotel I ever visit, the athmosphire is crazy, spa is so good, the food, the bar everything was perfect

Great Stuff! The hospitality was 10/10!Breakfast is rich and delicious, and the spa exceeds our expectations!The shuttle to the gondola is very convenient, and overall we had an outstanding vacation.

Our stay at Relais des Glaciers was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of salty and sweet options. The spa was a perfect way to relax after an active day —especially the warm outdoor bath with stunning mountain views. The bar downstairs was charmingly decorated and the bartender prepared great cocktails. The hotel provided us everything we needed - bathrobes and flipflops for the spa, a private parking and hiking stuffs: crampons and poles. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return in summer!

A bit too hot

Excellent breakfast pool and spa. I particularly liked the possibility of having breakfast pretty late in the morning. The staff is really nice, and they welcomed me with a little present on the day of my birthday.

Would be nice to have the possibility to have dinner in the hotel. You can still use the bar though.The room we booked was pretty small but fine for a 2-night stay.

Everything! The wonderful view of the mountains from pur room and the external pool, the care and kindness of the hotel staff, the spa.. it was an amazing experience!

Great stay. Accomodating staff, great SPA facilities, high standard breakfast and bar. The staff served hot drinks outside when we returned from skiing several days! Staff goes the extra mile for the guests comfort.

Good breakfast

Absence of a easily accessible shuttle bus to the lifts. Apparently it existed but was not easily accessed or publicised. Rooms were very small and the shower was inaccessible because of the position of bidet.

Cozy, super clean place, amazing staff, super delicious food, excellent spa, perfect location, breathtaking nature… I have traveled to many places but this one feels like home, not a hotel.

Nice and clean rooms! The Turkish bath and the saunas are very good, albeit small. Perfect for two people! The outdoor pool is the main attraction and is a very nice temperature. The breakfast is well assorted. PS. Beware. There might be loud people audio commenting everything, even in the spa. But for us it was a fun experience overall??

Rooms are not that soundproof

The location and facilities were great, but what made the greatest difference was that every single member of staff seemed to care about making our stay perfect.

The rooms were overheated and the thermostat appeared to be locked out. In the end we simply opened a window to regulate the temperature.
