- Family run, extremely nice folks, helpful. Good restaurant in the hotel. Beautiful location and scenery: we could see the Monte Rosa from our porch, within walking distance from the cable cars.Real nice lounge and bar.

- Boot and ski room was not adequate for the numbers of guests wanting to use it. The hotel is heavily used by overseas tour companies (mainly Scandinavian), so we perhaps missed a truly Italian atmosphere, but certainly no complaints overall.
