Grand Hotel President

Nadia was our initial point of contact and she was great when involved in conversation for the hotel operations and places to visit. The excellence was how Nadia handled a small issue. Without having to get additional management involved she quickly resolved. Would highly recommended this hotel. Lastely, the effort to resolve transportation was also above and beyond.

Nothing, Everything was as above and beyond...

The room was large and spacious. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities (beach, pool, bar, restaurant) were great. Breakfast was fantastic with everything you need to start your day. An overall great experience. I highly recommend this property!

The Hotel had good facilities, great swimming pool, good restaurant, the rooms were comfortable, clean and quite large. the bathrooms were well appointed with good size showers. Easy access to the beach. Good carparking.

No iron in the room. The hotel decor is a little dated.

Located at end of town. No taxis although hotel arranged pickup from train station.Little choice is restaurants nearby.Toilet did not work and shower rod fell down, so had to change to another room.

The property had beautiful grounds with a lovely swimming pool. The rooms were spacious and clean overlooking the grounds. The staff were amazing and attentive. They served a nice breakfast and had a nice dining room for lunch and dinner.

It was a 20 minute walk to centre of town. Not the hotels fault, but there few taxis and no Uber here. The hotel should have a shuttle. As well, you have to pay separately for access to beach and pool. You also have to pay for beach towels.

Very good hotel, very nice and professional staff. Did meet the expectations for a 4 star hotel. Pool was quite big but I did not use it. Great surrounding space,

I forgot some clothes on the room, When I found out I was a bit far away already. Phoned reception to ask them to send the clothes via post offices but they said they could not. So I was forced to add 3 hours trip back and forth which was a big letdown on the day before finishing he vacation, it kind of messed the day's plans.One important thing is that they charged 10 euros / person extra for the use of pool and the hotel lido chairs. I did not use the pool, and I would not use the lido had I known this in advance. In fact I could even deny to pay this since they did not verify if I did or not user the lido. This should have been communicated beforehand ! I did not complain as I didn't care for the hassle.

Some amenities not available due to private functions despite having paid for them (ie the pool).

Friendly staff. Wifi was very good at the main property. The location was good - 20 minute walk into the town centre. The pool was well maintained and clean.

The pool and gym hours (should open earlier and close later). The beds were not comfortable (our queen size was two single beds put together). The pillows were not comfortable and we had no extra blanket for when the room got cold overnight. Lastly, the pool was closed one afternoon because of a private event yet we still had to pay the 6€ for the facilities that we couldn’t use. The drink prices were slightly too high - for guests of the hotel the prices should be more reasonable.

It is a Beautiful hotel next to an amazing beach. The reception people were very helpful and nice. The Room very comfortable, and the breakfast very good. Ample parking and lovely surrounding.

The pool was very good

Pool shut 1-3pm and charged extra to use it (no towels provided), location on main road on edge of town was pretty grim

Rocky beach, charges for beach AND pool use. No towels available for beach or pool. Hot tub/spa pool was cold. Breakfast was okay. Minimal staff, bar difficult to get service.

The property was beautiful and very clean. We got towels for the beach/pool. The staff very attentive and pleasant.

I loves everything everything about it.

Hotel has a pretty garden with pool and access to the beach via an underpass under the main road.

It would be nice to have coffee/tea making facility in the room.

This is a classic beach resort. We traveled in April so it was too early to use the awesome pool complex. The rooms were comfortable.

The breakfast was ample but just standard

Most everything was great - Staff and breakfast and dinner were first rate.

Although there were few guests - our room had a most dismal view of a car parking lot next door. The first room shown us was worse! Was that because we didn't book directly through the hotel????

Beach access was great. We arrived near end of season they were tearing down there beach lido. The chairs and umbrellas were still accessible to us.

The fact that the afternoon 4PM, we arrived and asked about beach/pool towel they only had 1. We had to pay $5 Euros and return it at end of the day even though we only sat at pool for 1 hour not even getting wet. We asked can we keep till tommorow since we would be there 2 days. They said we would need to get new one next day and repay!!! We should have 2 towels for beach in our room for duration of stay!! Not have to pay for them.Rooms need total overhaul! Old , safe didn't work, bathroom old, shower useless, no toiletries, slider stiff. This was our worst accomodation in Italy!
