The staff were very helpful. The computers were down due to a storm when we arrived but they still dealt with check in efficiently.The air con in our first room was leaking and they moved us to another room which was fine.The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were compact but clean.Great for a stopover and conveniently located. Good value.

The outside of the building is a bit tired and could do with a spruce up, however inside was fine.

Basic but comfortable for an overnight stopover - you get what you pay for but the basics are there, comfortable bed and nice shower. The Holy Chips restaurant just down the road is always really good too and we sat and watched the sunset whilst eating on the rear terrace - an easy walk from the hotel.

Nothing for the price it is good.

A functional hotel by a major road... kind of a strange back lot atmosphere, but close enough to a lot of restaurants and shops, walkable but best with a car. The staff were very nice, the room was nice, it had good a/c, and the breakfast was good. Comfy! Hard for folks without transport, though.

I was pleasantly surprised with the shower and the breakfast options. The room, although small and basic, was clean and air-conditioned.

The mattress was quite hard so we didn't sleep as well as we hoped. The staff, friendly however only spoke French and was a bit of a turn off, bearing in mind we were few tourists there on route. Even though I can speak English, Spanish and German, I was unable to properly communicate with them without help.

Classic chain hotel, with all its pros and cons, with friendly service and correct breakfast. Overall, it's a good hotel for its category.

Only one electric plug at the side of the bed. The persons being noisy outside, but that's not totally the employee's fault.

The reception team was great. Breakfast was superb with the best fresh bread ever.We stayed on a Monday night, so most of the local eateries were closed. However, we came across Le Local. Pricey, but outstanding food, 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Heating almost non existent, states english Dutch understood. Neither was true, got past with using our own poor French. Expensive rate for a very basic room and poor selection of breakfast. What their was was good though expensive

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL

The hygiene of the rooms is deeply concerning. There was not one but TWO gigantic bugs, as well as insect remains/pest feces on the bed. I grew up in the rural and I know at times tiny bugs are just unavoidable. But the size of the two bugs mean either some repairs were due or the hygiene standard was so poor. Imagine sleeping on top of a bunk bed with bugs only 30cm on top of you. It was so awful that we had to check out immediately. The reception was not apologetic at all and replied “they are not dangerous”. Their reaction simply implies the standard of their hygiene. We were told by the reception that a refund can only be requested via the email provided, we but haven’t heard back after a month, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of the email.

Good price and fair value.

Automatic entry was excellent.... except it did not allow enough time between steps so I had to repeatedly log back in when I was too slow with my cb or taking a photo of the entry code screen Room was cold and heating immpossible to operate.Car parking seemed not to be sufficient when the hotel was full.

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast is simple but fresh and good value.

Had trouble getting in as Booking.com didn’t provide code for automatic access system. Very basic but that’s why it’s lower cost.

No aircondition on the room, could not sleep comfortly due to the lack of good ventilation and the extreme hot room.

Stuff was very nice, polite and helping. Breakfast was good, tasty coffee, croissants, pancakes, yogurt, bread with ham and cheese. Parking was good and available

1. Room was very small, with very stuck air and no ventilation. AC was available however worked remotely with intervals and switched on loudly over night just for one minute. 2. There is no key card for room access, there is a code, by accident with my room code opened the wrong room, so be careful and do not leave your belongings.

The staff were friendly and made an effort .

A/C didn’t work correctly so poor sleep.Peculiar , ( hot and uncomfortable) bed linenThoughtlessly badly equipped ( no cups, no kettle, tiny TV ).Fairly noisy ( noise transmitted by the structure from other rooms ).No amenities nearby ( admittedly on a Sunday ) . One nearby restaurant displayed on Google as open did not exist.Because of the above :- grossly overpriced. I would have felt it was fair at €35, no more.

Cr*p hotel, no matter how cheap.

Misrepresentation of advert. Supposed to be twin beds but were initially shown a double and a bunk bed!! Really?? We're in our seventies, man! Who's going to want to clamber up that ladder in the middle of the night??Complained to reception and he offered us what he said was "the last room available ". Only one problem; no air conditioning! So we had to sleep with the window open and 1000 mosquitoes. Won't be trusting your advertised hotels again!
