A reasonable choice of local items on the breakfast buffet

Tiny room with an even tinier bathroom for a steep price. Cleanliness of the breakfast room very poor. Dirty windows hiding the exceptional view of the lower main valley. Coffee machine out of order.

A bit loud between rooms

Poor internet.Rusty water.No tea/coffee supplies in room on arrival or restocked at any point.

The location is such a lovely place with wonderful views into the valley. Calm and peaceful sourrindings.Just be aware that the sockets are only fitting the thin plugs. My power cable for the laptop had a bigger one but the staff could provide me with an adapter socket.

Friendly & efficient staff, comfortable room, clean, & a good breakfast with the best views ever! Evening meal was also very good. In short, it provides everything one needs for an enjoyable stay, including excellent price-quality ratio.

Room is adequate for two people with mountain view. There are coffee machine and kettle in the room with some tea bags/coffee capsules which is a BIG bonus for us. Bathroom is clean with hairdryer. The Italian restaurant downstair is super nice, food was very delicious and the breakfast too. Very ideal location for people who want to ski or walk in the mountain as ski lift is within walking distance.

Bed is not comfortable especially with the soft pillows. Heating system is very old, not warm enough in winter so we ended up sleeping very badly and having cold the following day. Do print out a copy of the payment in advance to avoid miscalculation during check out. In our case, we already paid our room in advance but were asked to pay more with an incorrect room price.

Cosy hotel, perfect for hiking. Very nice little balcony with a view. Coffee and tea in the room was also a nice touch.

I would have likes better breakfast with more savory options.

Very nice view from the room and the restaurant area. It is a very small town up in the mountains with very nice people. For breakfast they even prepared gluten-free bread for us.

Wifi in the room was very weak, we had to go downstairs for internet connection.

Excellent location in the middle of the village. Room decorated with taste, large enough. Bath appreciated.

Dinner was a bit long to be served (we were with a child and children don’t like to wait too long)

Dissapoiting

I had a big problem in the accommodation : brown water was coming out of the bathroom sink. I warned the staff immediately and they told me that they could not do anything (they don't even offered me to change the room). The day after at the checkout I warned again about this problem and they said they will recontact me to propose me some discount. No one recontacted me. Conclusion : I paid 100chf for a night in a room where I could not even use the water (impossible to brush my teeth, wash my hands, etc.). I am highly disappointed by this hygiene problem and the attitude of the staff who did not kept their promise.

Very friendly service, good food for dinner, flexible for a 6-year-old. Very good value for money!

Covid-measures were not at all respected: No check of certificates, no signs to ask for wearing masks, staff never wearing masks. This included the breakfast buffet.

Views, comfy bed, warm room, helpful staff and breakfast was excellent.

Very good breakfast. Beautiful location, quiet and relaxed, great views.

We spent time during the summer. Winter could help to be more spectacular experience in the area.
