We were allowed to control the air conditioning as it was controled at the desk and it did not work well for us.

Staff were friendly

Our air conditioner didn't work and wasn't repaired for our stay which was disappointing especially with the summer heat

The staff were wonderful,Antonino, Dominica, the night manager were all wonderful!

It was close to Mia family.

Everyone was courteous, accomadating, spoke English and just an overall great experience

Convenient location, right off the highway, ample parking spaces and for those who need it, Tesla charging stations. We arrived early and they accommodated us until check in. We hung out by the pool, had lunch and just made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. Although you need to make reservations ahead of time, for massages, they squeezed us in and Angela was amazing! Was so relaxed the rest of the day. The staff, grounds and food were exceptional. Absolutely would recommend this hotel.

The bed saw very uncomfortable and very old.The air conditioner didn’t work / cool and it made a very loud noise.The shower water pressure came and went just like the hot water.

My previous review 3 years ago was good that was why we decided to use this hotel as a stopover again. Unfortunately the experience this time was not nice so we decided never to return. We may have been offered a bad room. The shower was dangerous as the flow was very hot then cold. Spare pillows in the wardrobe were dirty without any pillowcases on them. I had to contact reception for clean pillowcases. The bed was very uncomfortable in a dark dismal room. Breakfast was fine but without any ham or cheese.

Food was under standard for the price, for example no bun with burger. Bar not really staffed and poorly stocked

Air-conditioning did not work in our first room, and was 30+ degrees in our room. Only after complaining twice were we moved. The location is a long way from the beach,. The pool closed early each day, despite the extreme heat. The hotel is quite tired and rundown

We have stayed here before and we love the location easy after a days drive close to family towns

Location was terrible as it wasn’t near anything- the plus was it was right off the highway and we were using it as quick stopover on the way to Sicily. Would have rather gone out of our way a bit for a proper hotel stay.

Just bad all around. As my partner put it.. seems to be an out of season hotel that’s been out of season for 10+ years. Restaurant was the worst food experience in Italy so far. Ordered pasta that tasted like fish- there was no fish in the dish. In major need of an update and facelift- very tired and depressing place. And for the price- Stay elsewhere! They need to majorly drop their price until they renovate this place!!

size of shower was very small and couldn’t move.also Sat night had wedding so very noisy and music playing till midnight so couldn’t sleeppool and times very limited and therefore couldn’t use and included in price. best to user pay system!

The room air-conditioning was aweful! I complained twice to the ladies in the reception but they kept on saying it was programmed to 18°c. so for them it was ok. It wasn't for us! The A/C screen in the room marks 24°c! It was freakin hot in our room so we tried to open the window. But the air-conditioning will automatically goes off with the opened window! And not only that, if you open the window the mosquitos will massacre you! They also need to educate the lady cleaner to knock the door before entering the room to clean up. For 2 times she surprised us by opening the door without even thinking of knocking first! I find that so rude and annoying! Lastly, I guess they need to do some upgrading to merit the "4*" like fixing the broken glass at the sides of the hotel entrance. It's dangerous for the guests! They also need to do the regular cleaning of the pool. It has full of sand at the bottom.

Pool area was nice albeit dirty. Our cleaning staff and one gentleman in the restaurant were friendly.

Dirty, dated hotel. Towels were thread bare. Public toilet was filthy, breakfast was below average. Staff were not always wearing masks nor were guests asked to wear them. Walls in room were paper thin - you could hear EVERYTHING happening in next room. Pool was open to people from the city of Palmi so it was loud crowded and pool was cloudy and dirty.

Excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable room and very well air conditioned. Bed was super and bathroom large enough with excellent shower. Staff would do anything to keep you pleased. Large outside pool area very nice. Restaurant served excellent dinner at the pool area until 22:30. Good breakfast served in Bar room.Extraordinary value for Money. I really do recommend this hotel.

Poor Hotel

There was a wedding in the property in the pool area that we, therefore, so couldn’t use. That should have been advised before.Our shower was flooding part of the room.The Wi-Fi wasn’t good.We wanted to have dinner on the hotel as we were tired from the travel but the restaurant was so unwelcoming that we went to find another place.We checked with the staff in the night before if we had breakfast, he confirmed but, on the checkout they charged anyway.Tough stay…at least it was only one night

I don’t understand why this wonderful hotel doesn’t have a higher rating. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and clean and the food in the restaurant was great. The decor is a bit dated but it was no problem. I will definitely visit again on my journey to Sicily! There was a lovely pool and also private parking within the hotel grounds! I can’t say enough about this wonderful hotel. I forgot to comment on the staff, they are professional and efficient and know how to run a top class hotel! Top marks to you all!

Very easy access to the motorway.Large rooms, high ceilings, pet friendly, 24 hour reception, friendly staff, reasonable cost.

Sound insulation in the rooms is poor; easy to hear the TVs of others and especially a problem if your bedroom is next to the lift. Advance communication with the hotel did not really work.

Nice location, easy access to the highway and the breakfast was great!
