Pros +
- Decent location, friendly staff, beautiful views.

- Staff were friendly and very helpful, a credit to the owners. Views were great, especially from the balcony what a lovely atmosphere and pleasant area. Right next to the old town. Food was very good value for money and there was a large selection on the menus.
Cons -
- Lots of wear on facilities, loose door knobs, towel bars and window locks. Breakfast was a low end continental.
- 60 or more puberal children were at this hotel..making noise till after midnight...they had to go to a camping or youth hostel..not yr hotel were elderly want quit and a rest..no diner or breakfest for us...al occupied by children....bathroom ok but very old
- Although the rooms were great the bathroom had broken tiles and a cracked sink, it was in need of some tlc. Could have done with a kettle to make a flask up for walking, there is a coffee house on site though.

The hotel I liked it. The bed was comfortable
The hotel facilities match the price, but at the restaurant I asked for water, they brought me a glass bottle with water without cap, open, and they wanted to charge me 2.50€ . I when to the reception and made a complain, if you want to charge me, bring a closed bottle of water. The receptionist told me that the faucet water of the city was cleanest than the bottle, but I refuse to pay for a faucet water. It is not for the money, I said, it is a matter of honesty and respect for the customers.
This is a lovely small complex of holiday homes. Very friendly staff, easy check-in. Rooms very clean, beds a bit soft for me, but that is subjective. The apartment was large but simple, but had all we needed for a short stay. Great breakfast, although staff could be quicker cleaning tables from guests who already finished, and refilling items which are out.
According to booking.com the pool was going to be open during our travel dates (October). This was not the case, however. Not sure if the mistake was with booking.com or the hotel, however.
The room was fine, bit small but enough room. Had a balcony with great views of the town and countryside. The dinners were very good and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was a lovely break from cities, in a beautiful area
Comfortable and clean. Great location.
Lack of local produce as tapas in the bar even as a paid for extra.
Plain good hotel, nice staff, great location, tasty food. Can recommend.
We were very well looked after. A request to move due to a school party in the adjacent rooms to the initial room we were allocated was dealt with immediately, and to a larger room. We were here to do a tough cycle ride, and the prospect of being kept awake by the kids was a worry. The room we moved to was quiet, perfect. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating, and shared their local knowledge, despite our limited Spanish. Highly recommend for its location too, a short 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and the main square of Cazorla.
The rooms are a little dated when compared to modern hotels, particularly the bathrooms.
Location perfect, view stunning, very friendly staff.Beds comfy, we were only 2 nights syay, but for a long holiday, there was plenty of wardrobe and storage. Tv fridge wifi. All good.
No hot drink things in the room but that's only criticism.
Location was very good, and quiet. Buffet breakfast was also good. Staff friendly, room basic but clean, bed comfortable.
Bathroom very dated, although everything worked. We didn't expect 5* luxury for the price so we were quite satisfied.
The location was excellent, short walk to town and lots of general walks nearby. The menu del dia was very good and worth the e16.
The only issue was the Internet not working and when it did was poor. Could also do with bigger and better towels
The room and it’s location with a view over Cazorla were excellent, with just a short walk into one of the town squares. Breakfast was extremely good with a wide choice of food and evening meals in the restaurant were high quality and good value.
The WiFi in the room was very variable and, therefore, not reliable. At times it was nonexistent.
Great views and location, just a short walk from the old town square. The room was spacious with separate living room and bedroom. It is also a dog friendly hotel.
Maybe it's time for a refurbishment of the rooms but ours was still comfortable and clean.
Staff, location, food, swimming pool, playground
Beds, bathroom, cleanliness could be better. We had ants in our room. Asked the staff to do something about it, however it wasn't solved during the week we were there. Room in general was outdated, the bathroom needs more ventilation.
It is in a great location, has fantastic views, the beds are comfortable & the staff very friendly and helpful.
Lots of stairs to the rooms & the rooms are looking a little bit dated.
The location is ideal for exploring Cazorla with fantastic views of the town. The room was spacious, and we had a separate lounge with a fridge. The bed was comfortable with a nice terrace off the bedroom. We visited on our motorbike for which there was free covered parking.
The bathroom was a bit dated, and breakfast was very basic.
Location is fine for visiting Cazorla by foot. Apartment was okay.
The hotel and apartments are a bit of faded glory. Especially the bathroom can use a make-over.
The Villa Turistica chain offer a 'village' of apartments climbing a hill, with a central reception and catering building. The Cazorla one is excellently located within easy walking distance of the town centre (but easy car access) and very good views. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children and it suited us well. Especially the family apartment with two floors and 2 balconies.Apartments are showing a little age and have utility rather than stylish/luxury furniture but everything worked fine and the bed was comfy. The heating was very good - to our relief given unseasonably cold weather.Breakfast is good value though of 'asequate' rather than 'fine' quality.
Nothing important. Limited facilities so would be excellent to go into town if you want to eat outside set meal times.
The position in the town and amazing views. We've stayed in a Villa Turistica before and that was also excellent. I think they are owned by the Andalucían government.
Because it's built on a hill there are lots of steps and because i asked for a terrace even more stairs. One of our party being elderly struggled getting up from where the car was parked..
