OZADI Altura Beach Resort - Eurotel Altura

Lovely hotel & renovated room. Excellent mattress and lots of water pressure. Quiet & comfy. Enjoyed public areas & gardens. The breakfast was delicious.

Perhaps because season was over, many shops & restaurants nearby were closed.

The location. We love the beach there so it was perfect. And the sea view was fantastic day and night. The free beach towels were also very convenient. All the staff were friendly. And the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with lots of choices and everything was tasty.

Just minor thing though…The AC in the room was very outdated and old. The air ventilation inside the bathroom also didn’t seem working, so the room got misty and humid.

The breakfast was great, and the location is 5min away from the beach, which is a big plus. The view over the sea was magnificent.

We had some problems with the room: we requested a room with a single double bed and on arrival we got a room with 2 twin bed; we moved to another room; the smoke smell in the new room was pretty intense; we had ants on the walls and floor, we even had to move to another room for one night; the noise from the air conditioning of the room next to ours was pretty loud whenever it was on; overall, it was not easy to rest during our stay;

Nice touch with the glass of sparkling wine when you arrived and the bottle of wine for dinner. The breakfast was so so good.

The tennis court was’t being used and had to pay for the court and rackets and they only had 1 good tennis ball . I feelIt should be a complimentary . No charge

There were some ants in the room, unfortunately when we told reception they waved us away. When we found some in the bed they just changed the sheets… I think it was a problem with that single receptionist because the rest of the staff and our stay was amazing…

The pool and breakfast were terrific.

There were ants in our room, and gym did not open early enough.

Great location, amazing sea views, very nice and accommodating staff. The hotel is very comfortable, the food is very good, the spa is nice and relaxing.We will definitely go back!

The bathroom is small and too close to the beds.

The location was cozy and very relaxing. The grounds were well taken care of with many amenities and gorgeous views to the ocean, and all staff were friendly and attentive.

The only negative I would say is that the twin beds were attached to the headboard. Therefore, we were not able to separate the beds further apart.

The room needs good maintenance. Example, bathroom notices that tiles/innbetween dirty, silicone on bath mostly too old and not well sealed as allowing water to scrape and floor wet. Still in the bathroom, you need to change shower head for a better mechanism.

We have been staying at this hotel for more than 10 years. It is always a pleasure to return.

It is a great hotel but this time the room had some problems, due to lack of maintenance. It is true that when we complained these items were promptly solved but at a hotel with this category the problems should have not been there.

Beachside and weather great. Nice restaurants.

I liked the room, even though is a little bit outdated. The outdoors of the hotel and pool area. The staff was very friendly, specially with my 9 years old daughter. Breakfast is very diverse and very nice.

Cleanliness is not top-notch, inside the hotel and especially outside.

1. Reception-young staff friendly but no help, senior lady unfriendly, arogant, and $$ oriented - on our 1sr day we asked for a bottle opener, she told us 5 EUR to bring it to our room. 2. Housekeeping-they come at 4 PM when we have rest after beach (no change even we asked many times), and do 10 min ''cleaning'', which is empty the bins mainly, no bed sheets change for entire week, no disinfection, we even didnt see a vaccum cleaner. 3. Breakfast - very laud and crowded, no variety, fruits and veggs not always fresh, every day same food
