Pros +
- The owner Nicholas and his Dad are such lovely people, they really take care of their guests. We had to check-in at 1am and they accommodated that without charging us.The food is really amazing, breakfast and dinner. The bathrooms have been renovated, so very modern we enjoyed that!

- Stayed in Aurora for 5 day ski trip to Presolona area. Nicholas & his family could not have been more helpful & courteous. The food for breakfast & dinner was first class & very reasonably priced. Nothing was too much bother including an unexpected trip to the local hospital after I had an unfortunate fall on the ice. Nicholas was our very own tour guide of the area informing us about local history, cuisine & of course the weather! The 1/2m fresh snow during our stay was just the icing on the cake.

- The staff need to be friendlier. At dinner, they served every other table but ours, until we had to call them to provide service. We felt discriminated.At breakfast after we were done eating, I asked for hot water and she refused to give me, luckily Nicolas’s Dad was around to save me.

- Narrow streets /nothing really to do with hotel/ with busy traffic. Community should wake up. This is not medieval town but sport resort...
