staff is cooperative and generous, food is very good

rooms very small, without any facilities, water boiler, iron, views is not so good

Location, location and location. Staff was also super friendly and useful.

My room was old fashion and I discovered that using Booking.com you pay almost the double of normal rate. My advice is call then directly and ask for a fair rate. They will help you for sure

The meals are very good. The location is excellent.

The door is locked at night without entry code facility where is not convenient to the guests.

Kind and attentive staff, either at reception and at the restaurant, they always try to make your stay great.The presentation of the table and the dishes at the dinners. Information on activities organized by them. Close to many hiking routes and you are right in the middle of nature in less than 3 min walking from the hotel

Rooms are quite old. Mattresses and pillows could be renovated first

We have been to Seiser Alm a few times now on various visits to nearby Bolzano - and loved every one. As a treat, we decided to spend a night up there. It was a wonderful experience - and the Plaza was perfect with a charm that can't be beaten. Staff are excellent, included dinner absolutely superb (and a must) and view spectacular. Thank you to management and staff.

There is nothing not to like.

Every one of the staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent -- 5-7 courses every night! The bed was comfortable, the sauna was perfect after a day outside on the slopes. You can walk out the door (with a storeroom for your boots and skis) and be on either the cross country trail or the downhill slopes within 5 minutes. Plus there are hiking trails that take you to beautiful views.

Nothing -- it was perfect.

The hotel was very nice with spacious rooms, wi-fi, comfy beds and balcony. Very convenient location close to many hikes, gondolas etc. Rich and delicious breakfasts and dinners.

Coffee served at the breakfast was not very tasty.

Fantastic location for hiking and exploring the Alpe di Siusi! The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts and dinners included in your stay are well-worth it; dinner is 5 courses of gourmet dishes with good service. My husband and I enjoyed being able to hike all day and have a lovely sit down to dinner ready for our in the hotel.

The pillows are quite flat.

Hotel and restaurant staff were friendly.

Room was situated above a noisy bar. Quality of food was cafeteria standard.

We really enjoyed the stay. Staff treated us very well. Everything good organised. Breakfast good, dinner meals even better. Yes, we had a good time!

Missed an elevator, one of struggled a bit with stairs.
