- DO NOT STAY HERE!! Couldn't wait to get out of there
- Everything was perfect. The dinner, the breakfast both had so much to choose from. The rooms, the staff were awesome. Saved the hotel for a future visit. One of our rooms also had a view
- Fantastic location, and very reasonably priced accommodation. Dinner was very good value for 25 EURO for all you can eat vegetable buffet, plus a starter, main and dessert.
Cons -
- staff was incredibly rude as soon as I arrived, they double charged me, there was someone else's underwear in my room, as well as the shower was so clogged it flooded the entire bathroom up to my ankles as well as my hotel room. Breakfast was not good. There are plenty of other hotels in this area, don't waste your time with these greedy rude italians.
- One of the staff yelled at us in Italian when we returned to park late at night when the carpark was almost full and the only parks left were impossible to get our vehicle in so we were trying to park in a different area overnight that had plenty of space but was always roped off for when the occasional tour bus arrived. As we don't speak Italian, continuing to yell at us in a language we didn't understand was not helpful.
- The sauna wasn’t hot and the Jacuzzi wasn’t working. The pool was adequate.

The location is very close to the Seis Alm cable car and a central location to enjoy the area. The dinner and breakfast provided was good.
The sauna wasn’t hot and the Jacuzzi wasn’t working. The pool was adequate.
Superb views of Seiser Alm / Alpe de Siusi just immediately outside the hotel, both sunrise and sunset. Dinner (half board) was fantastic, good variety of choices for the pasta, main and dessert dishes, all of which were on point and tasted great. Service was also excellent - wait staff guided me to the antipasti and salad self service buffet bar after noticing I was not sure what to do, and each course was fired like clockwork shortly after i finished the preceding course.
Took a while to drive up from Ortisei and the roads were windy. Could get foggy so drive slowly and carefully. Also did not find charging points next to the bed, might have missed it.
Location with amazing view
Dinner choices were not my favorite; buffet was good As a solo person I would lie opportunities to connect with others ... have a happy apertivo hour??
Clean room with a great location
It's not up to date
The location is in the center of Kompatsch so it is easy to navigate the surrounding area and the hike trails from there. You can already locate the hotel from the cable car if you travelling with it from the valley. The staff is friendly. They outdid themselves on breakfast variety.
- The check in time is not flexible (i requested if we could check in earlier, got some weird response back, and on the day of check in we had to wait / leave our luggage at the reception while we went for a hike)- The older staff's English is not good so some misunderstandings can happen (reception) - The dinner there is definitely not worth the price. There is not enough variety, the quality is cheap. (the salad bar had enough veggies in all forms to pick from though) Definitely would skip the dinner there and go to a nearby snack place. The breakfast was good though, they really put a lot of effort into it.- 50/50 which room you get, could be with a view, could not be, who knows? We had a nice view to the back of the hotel, straight into the hotel next door, zero views- the pool they have is really small, but better than no pool
The location was great. It was a good price. Breakfast was excellent. All around this is an exceptional stay.
It seems like a long drive from the main highway, but it is well worth it to explore the Alpe di Siusi which has lots of great trails to walk and beautiful mountain scenery. The dinner was quite good and plentiful and included a salad bar with lots of options. Despite the hotel being quite busy, I found the rooms to be quiet and with good sound proofing.
The location is wonderful. A balcony with the room which was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was good
Very relaxed and service oriented staff. Great location. Value for money!
We didn't like much about it. There is nothing that I could say we liked. Some of the staff was ok, but that is mostly all about it.
Heating was not on, except the balcony, which did not heat the room where we slept. Staff does not speak English. There was a review saying that one of the dinner option was shrimps and it was literally 3 shrimps in a plate - that review is correct. The room is super tiny. WC lamp randomly going out. Hair dryer is a joke - it works for 7 seconds then shuts down for minutes, so better bring your own.
Location is good if you want to go alpe di siusi as lift from Ortisei opens from 9am. Good value for the price. Dinner options are very average but includes an open salad bar.
Room, bed. Male elderly receptionist was very friendly.
Evening meal - artificial food additives gave me stomach problems. I hardly got time to finish the meal, had the impression staff was waiting that I finished the plate.
We appreciate for letting us stay in two nice adjoining rooms, with varendas facing the magnificent Schlern/Sciliar. We were impressed by the mighty massif while driving past the village of Siusi, and get more impressive atmosphere when arrived at parking lot of the hotel. The half board was fine. A friendly waiter advised us to join the buffet. Having fresh salad made a perfect dinner. Room warm, bed comfy, WIFI Strong. Very abundant breakfast, although vegetables were missing.Next visit should be a booking for 2 nights or more to increase opportunities of discovering the Alpe di Siusi, without problems of luggage storage after checking out.
The dinner and breakfast included are well beyond our expectations!
Communication may be an issue. None of the staff speak any English. Some staff patiently wait for our translation app, and some do not.
Location is great if you have good weather to explore the Seiser Alm. Half board option was good value for money and food was good. Not many other options for places to eat in the off season so eating in the hotel makes sense. Room warm, bed comfy and good views
Be aware the Seiser Alm has traffic restrictions to it. You can go up as a guest but can’t back and forth during the day. If the weather isn’t great there’s not a lot to do so staying at the bottom of the cableway might be a better idea. Would have been nice to have ability to make a drink in the room - tea/coffee etc. Limited English spoken so if this bothers you then maybe not the best place to stay.
The hotel’s location was very good, close to a bus station and the cable car. Close by to a lot of cafes/restaurants and hiking/biking trails. Views are simply amazing.Upon arrival it was easy to check-in although the staff do not speak a lot of English or German but for me it wasn’t a problem. The price was only for one night but also included half board which was very good value for money. The room is big enough for one person and is very nice, had a terrace and was very clean. Dinner was also great, during check-in they let you choose what you would like to eat for dinner. They had many options on the menu. Dinner was very simple, yet very tasty, I enjoyed all the courses and felt full at the end. Breakfast also contained many options, it was a self- service buffet which was fine because there wasn’t many people there at the time.Overall, a great experience. Perfect location for a one-nighters but would also come back for a longer stay!
-The bathroom upon arrival had hair in shower & on toilet.
The best location you can get! amazing views and close to all the hikes and major excoriations.was a great spot to start off the hikes in the slesier alm region.and a huge plus for their bike rental
a bit of a language barrier but it wasn't really a big deal
