La Paula Apartments & Suites

Our stay at La Paula was great! It's a small boutique hotel but our room was spacious and very clean, which overlooks the church (and sometimes some cows!). The breakfast is tasty and hearty, and it's a good base to explore the nearby attractions like Alpe di Siusi and Secada. Finally the staff at the hotel were really friendly, all in all I felt like it was a perfect stay that represented a slow and calm holiday.

La Paula was a fabulous hotel! The staff were welcoming and super helpful. The room I had was large, comfortable, and clean...and had a nice view. Breakfast was fantastic! The hotel is located on the main road through town, but inside the hotel you'd never know - its super quiet inside. They have guest laundry and e-bike rentals, which were super convenient and far more affordable than alternatives in town or on Seiser Alm. There was also a nice grocery store across the street.

Staying at La Paula Apartment was an absolute joy. The location is unbeatable in the heart of Siusi, with stunning views that greet you every morning. The village itself is like something out of a storybook: beautifully maintained, peaceful, and full of charm. Everything you need is just a short walk away, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable.What really made the stay special was the warmth and hospitality. Manuela, who welcomed us, is genuinely kind and incredibly helpful. She didn’t just offer recommendations, she gave honest thoughtful advice that made our experience even better. You can tell she truly cares.It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

AIR CONDITIONER PLACEMENT TOTALLY WRONG. CAN NOT SLEEP WELL DURING MY STAY, BECAUSE AIRCON WIND KEEP BLOWING TO HEAD AND WHOLE BODY ALONG THE NIGHT.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Paula Apartments & Suites! The hotel is fantastic—everything in the room is well thought out, comfortable, and in excellent condition. There is plenty of storage space, a cozy balcony, and all the amenities you might need. The hotel also offers a dedicated storage area for sports equipment, a covered parking garage, several types of saunas, and a washing machine, making the stay even more convenient. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and a perfect way to start the day.A special thank you to the amazing manager, Michael, and his incredible team! Michael went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation, and we are truly grateful for his kindness and support.The location is also perfect—there’s a large supermarket nearby, and the ski lift is just 800 meters away. The surroundings are breathtaking, with stunning mountain views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. If you want to explore, you can take a bus to Bolzano for a nice day trip.We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

Beautiful architecture and interior design. Ambience.

Our apartment was located on the street side. Some street noise at night as we had to keep door open to obtain a cool enough temperature during sleep.

My stay at La Paula Apartments & Suites was fantastic! The staff were extremely friendly and approachable, always greeting us with a smile, which added to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. The special menu stood out, especially the eggs and omelettes, which were cooked to perfection each morning.The location was ideal, just a 10-15 minute walk to the starting point of the cable car to Alpe di Siusi, making it easy to explore the area.Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend La Paula Apartments & Suites for its excellent service, food, and prime location!

Spacious apartment.Good small kitchen, large bathroom

Hardwood floors, stylish bathroom and comfortable beds. The spa is top notch with dry sauna, steamroom, infrared room and relaxation rooms. Provide both snacks and drink in the sauna to enjoy with comfortable bath robes.Breakfast was absolutely delicious and diverse. Free bus pass to attractions in the region was wonderful.

The hotel was located near the road and there was constant noise from passing traffic

There was nothing not to like

I loved staying at this hotel not only for the view but also for the excellent hospitality from the staff. When they overheard our conversation about needing to catch an early train to Rome from Venice, they kindly offered to pack us lunch. Additionally, I highly recommend booking their massage after a long day of hiking; it was absolutely worth it.

The mattress was a little too soft, and it was actually two double beds put together to form a “queen” bed.

A very nice place to stay during hicking in Seiser Alm. Clean, friendly, quiet and quality all the way, as always.

Would be nice to have an AC for the warmer summer nights.. but they did help us with a fan when we asked for one :)

The breakfast was incredible - if you're ever here, order The Hans! Astonishing dish. Thank you so much to everybody for being readily available. From Elisa with a great smile, to Nadia whose kindness was warm and much-welcomed (Thank you for trying to get my earring back). We will definitely be back in the winter!

Small and very nice hotel with a great location, easy to get to all must sights. Dogs friendly ? The hotel has an electric car charger. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. Delightful breakfast.

Amazing room, great design and facilities- the balcony, the shower. Wonderful spa / wellness facilities, plus other facilities like laundry. Tasty breakfast, too. Bus passes provided, and there’s secure parking on site. Ah, and Prosecco and snacks in our room upon arrival. Amazing views! Overall a very thoughtfully and tastefully designed hotel.We also brought a small dog and the hotel provided a blanket and treats.
