    Pros +

    • Our room had plenty of space, and it was quite comfortable. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options, and the attendant was super friendly.
    • Loved everything all around. The rooms and property were beautiful. View at the top of the hill was great. Breakfast each day and Friday dinner (during the offseason) was wonderful. We loved the staff there and they made sure to help make recommendations and accommodate each request.
    • Fantastic staff, attentive service, beautiful facilities, rooms, and views.

    Cons -

    • I cannot think of anything that we would like changed at this time.. Everything was just as we expected or better.
    • Booked family room for 4 (2 adults+2 kids. 13,16 years old). When arrived, they didn't have that room. offered us 2 sperate rooms, not even side by side.we cancelled the booking (for free), and moved elsewhere.Don't know who screwd up - booking, or the hotel. I don't really care. the bottom line - we didn't get the room that we've booked, and had to find an alternative...
    • Nothing. Just be aware that the road to reach it is narrow and it would be difficult to walk into town.

Beautiful hotel with lovely spa facilities for use from 4-7. Delicious breakfast and dinner.

Outstanding breakfast and dinners. Staff especially the breakfast staff were very friendly. Nice views from hotel and quiet location. The sauna is excellent.

The hotel sits up a very steep hill above the village. Bus only runs till 630 at night so not doable to use after dinner. Parking was an issue as well if you came back later in the afternoon or evening . We had a weird balcony where you could not look out to see the views when you were seated. Nowhere to sit and gather except for a room with a bunch of wooden chairs and tables that I feel they could convert to a more comfortable lounge since they already have a dining room. Could use hooks in the bathroom to hang things.

Lovely staff and really great breakfast spread with offerings to make egg dishes and coffees for each guest. Views of Ortisei were beautiful. Generously let us borrow hiking poles for our hike and the sauna was nice in the afternoon. Great value overall

Very nice renovated hotel. Modern and traditional style was well combined.Nice Spa and Sauna area with outdoor hot tub.Great dinner with high quality food.Very friendly staff and hosts

Location was a little bit outside from the center, no sidewalk on the road,I felt uncomfortable with passing cars walking up in the darkness.

The view was perfect. The staff was wonderful. And the spa was delightful.

Lovely location overlooking Ortisei. They just recently added on a spa with steam room, sauna, fireplace, and hot tub. Beautifully done. The breakfast is outstanding. And we had 2 dinners there that were excellent. owners and staff are so nice and go out of their way to make your stay memorable.

It has a very homey feel. The staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms and spa area are very tastefully done and they take very good care of the property. The views from our balcony were beautiful. Also the food was very good.

The rooms are not soundproof, so we were able to hear the baby and muffled voices next door. The walk to town is not too long, but it is a climb to get back up.

I enjoyed the room and bathroom amenities. This hotel is in a central location to Seceda and Alpe di Siusi. The rooms were redone and have incredible showers. The hotel service is overall excellent. The staff was welcoming and accommodating when my partner and I had to leave early and miss breakfast. They prepared some bread for us to take on the go. The owners were always willing to take the time to answer all of our questions. For example, when the weather was rainy, we asked them which hikes we should go to/ what our itinerary should be to best see everything the Dolomites had to offer during our 5-day stay. They also provided insider tips on where to see a beautiful sunrise.

Nothing at all! It was an amazing hotel experience. I wished we had brought swimsuits to enjoy the sauna. I also wished we had stayed a little longer.

Very nice view, amazing spa, good breakfasts

We were staying 3 friends at the Family room. The room is big, has a lot of space which was super comfortable. In addition the place has nice and decent spa to relax after a day on the slopes.

The place is described with ski-to-door option. Unfortunately at our stay time the slope to the Ortisei lift was closed, so you find yourself dependent on your car each day.

    Clean, location, design.

No soundproof, and very limited tome for the SPA.

    10AhmedalhosaniPosted on: 4-7-2025

The hotel is excellent, very quiet, and has a beautiful view of the village from the top. It's also very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. I highly recommend it.

The clean rooms, breakfast, balcony views and parking

wifi poor connection, outdated rooms, bed is too low, bathroom light is on and off , shower leaks on the floor can be slippery especially when the light is out.

Breakfast was good. Convenient ski in and out if you ski in Alp De Sussi. Accomondation is located right on the slope (15 meters)

There was faint smell in the shower/toilet. Acomodation is little bit less accessible, if you ski on other side of the valley. You need to get ski bus if you return later or go up and ski down quite narrow red slope (Pilat) if you return earlier. This may be little bit challenging for unexperienced skiers.

Service, Breakfast, Staff, Sauna and relaxation area, location, views and location.

My room was too small and outdated, but it might have been my problem for not selecting another room. Showers need remodeling in my opinion. Everything else, outstanding.
