The hosts were VERY accommodating, helpful, and friendly. This property is located a short distance from Ortisei and is very accessible by the bus, which runs every 30 minutes or less. Upon arrival we asked for two beds and the hosts moved us to an entire apartment. The apartment was clean and was fully stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. The beautiful, full breakfast was included in our stay and it was nothing short of amazing! On the morning of our departure, the hosts packed us a breakfast to go. I would HIGHLY recommend ApartmentHotel Residence Elvis! You will not be disappointed!

Everything was great!

The property and room were beautiful. They have a lovely outside play area for families with children. There is a restaurant with delicious food onsite.l and a bus stop across the street. We used the provided bus passes included in the price of the room which was a nice surprise.

Our stay was in late June. This can be a beautiful but hot time in the mountains. There was no air conditioning ( we knew this before hand.) This is common in the Dolomites and we chose to still book. The room was extremely warm ( as stated before, it was very hot this summer day ) and we needed to vent constantly through our stay with windows and doors. (Again, typical of a room with no air conditioning) the issue is that the hotel is on the main road and it was extremely loud most of the night into the early hours of the morning with loud trucks, motorcycles racing down the road, car horns, and the civil alert. I think a stay here during the winter would be marvelous as the snow would likely dampen the sounds and the windows would be closed. For a summer stay when it is very lively outside , I personally would not stay again . We unfortunately did not sleep and we were startled awake all through the night.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient place, with bus stations just outside the building. The room was clean, with a small kitchen that functioned very well. The staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast that they prepared for us every morning.

Fantastic staff. Great to have a lot of space to relax at end of day.

Screaming owners, micro sized skiroom, and apartments exit into open air stairs.

We loved Hotel Elvis. The cafe is cute with the most beautiful flowers on the outdoor patio I have ever seen. The room was clean, spacious and having a kitchen was wonderful. They stocked the kitchen and bathroom with soap and kitchen sponge. The bed and tv set up was also great! I will definitely recommend and stay there again if we're ever back in Ortesei.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. There is even a nice back parking lot that has a security gate!

Breakfast was nice. They will ask if you want eggs fried or scrambled.We were given free bus tickets that would allow us to go to Ortisei by bus.

Room was on highest floor, we had to carry our bags all the way up.

Whole apartment was nice. We can take bus right in front of apartment to downtown. Beautiful flowers in the side garden. Nice people!???

We like everything ?

Are being out of town, 2K allowed us to have a peaceful retreat without the busyness of the center of town. The bus stop was directly across from the hotel and very convenient. The breakfast was outstanding every morning as fresh as it could be! Easy access for car parking.

Be aware, there is no elevator so stairs. Must come easy to you, as you will be carrying your luggage up and down.

Not much except the cleanliness.

The 2 floors of staircase that we had to go up to get to the room. The room had a bath with a shower not a walk in shower that we found uncomfortable to walk in and out of.there was no coffee, sugar, oil for frying or any other condiments.The apartment is about 2km away from Ortisei town centre so there were no restaurants in the area, but the owner said that there is a pizzeria near by (which we did not manage to find).

There are two bus stops nearby, which is super convenient to go anywhere. The house is clean and the surrounding is great. The breakfast prepared by the owner is super gooooooood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good location with great facility and helpful staff.

Felt like an interloper in a hostel type setting.

No amenities and very non hospitable. Overpriced, lacking in comforts, no fan, not enough towels, no kindness. Charged for a glass of tap water upon check in which is incredibly surprising given the overpriced room.

Everything is great! The Apartment is spacious and functional , well-equipped kitchen , strong Wi-FI. Free parking on premises and the host provides free bus ticket to town which we find very convenient as the ride is only 5-10 mins. Delicious breakfast. We love the croissant , the fruit & everthing.
