sweet service, make us feel like home. The room with balcony has a wonderful view of the town. Good and healthy breakfast every morning, many flower in the dining room which cheer me up.

The location is excellent

The heating device was not working and I informed them of that and they told me that it was broken

Location perfect, very easy to reach out the bus stop and cable car station, a good choice for the people traveling without a car. The staff and breakfast were nice!

Everything was wonderful - the hostess, views, breakfast and easy access to the town.

The location was great. Very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants as well as the Seiser Alm gondola. Also very convenient to the Mar Dolomit pool facilities. The room had a very nice deck and a window with a view of the dolomites. The staff was fantastic, very nice and welcoming and was helpful with answering questions. Parking was also included and easy.

The property was a little bit older and the room was decorated in much pink. Neither of these detracted from the stay and we would definitely come again.

Stunning views, scrumptious breakfast, the owners were extremely gracious and helpful! The city center is down a flight of stairs! Plenty of restaurants a few steps away!

We had a great stay at Garni Toni! Friendly staff, nice big room and tasty breakfast. Our room had a big balcony with nice views to the city. Bonus points for good hairdryer. There wasn't shower caps or shampoo available at the room, just soap, which wasn't a problem but good to know.

Location: few steps away from Pool & Recreation center which was included in price (nice surprise as didn’t notice it when booking. main street with shops and restaurants just few minutes away.we got room with balcony facing mountains and city. breakfast was simple but more than sufficient

Really liked the location, the spaces were perfect for a couple.

All was good, the only thing would be to start breakfast at 7/7.30 instead of 8, to have more time ahead of the lifts opening at 8.30

rude host and staff. they don’t speak English no heating the room was very cold they said they have no option to switch off the heating because the electricity is very expensive in Italy. when we told them they charged us €130 for the room they need to provide heating they said €130 is to sleep in the room if you want warm room you must pay double!

The location is great! Some rooms have amazing views. It's only short 3-5 mins walk to downtown of Ortisei. Rooms are very tidy and everything is very clean at the hotel. Breakfast was good - good selection of fruits and berries.

Wifi could definitely be better. As I had to work it was challenging to get wifi. Karin was nice to let us change the room to get better coverage, but the signal was rather weak and we also ended up in a smaller room, which was not critical but it was a pretty small room.

The staff is very nice, even we past the check out time we was allowed to park on the site and use their facilities.

The hostess Tania was superb , she went to the extra effort to make me feel welcome and enjoy my stay . Thankyou !
