Hotel Scherlin

All staffs are very helpful and considerate ! And the view from the balcony is very magnificent ! The bus station is just outside of the hotel and very convenient to the city center! One day we missed the bus and the hotel staff offered the ride to the city without our request .

The view from the hotel was to die for. It overlooks the town and has very beautiful grounds. The outdoor sauna was very rustic. The rooms and rest of the hotel is very dated.l but it was clean. The workers were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Would return for the amazing location and views!

The room and the rest of the hotel need refreshing but wouldn’t stop me from going back

Loved our stay!! Facilities were amazing - used the pool, outdoor sauna and hot tub every day! Rooms were clean and spacious, and the balcony had the best view. Breakfast every morning was great as well! Definitely need a car as it is a bit out of the city centre.

There's no streaming services on the TV and no kettle for tea/coffee to enjoy on the balcony

View from the room was fantastic....the high Dolomites were still snow covered!...and there was a lovely deck to sit in the afternoon sun.

The people running this hotel, the facilities, the way you can look down into the valley from the outdoors swimming pool, THE FOOD.... Just perfect! Oh and the renovated rooms look really nice too!

Facilities in very good state, practically new, clean and well organised. Family run establishment. Friendly staff devoted to provide service to customer. Excellent local and international food. Variety of choice. Good selection of wines. Well connected with the slopes via free ski bus. Stop in front of the hotel entrance.

Very spacious & clean room with a breathtaking view of Ortisei (only a few min drive away)!The hotel staff is super friendly, breakfast is great and our stay was just right.

The view from the room was spectacular ??? The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfasts and dinners were rich and delicious.

We returned after one year and we are very happy to be back. The owners and the staff are extremely nice, they spoil you and make you feel like home. The breakfast is excelent and the dinner as well. There is a variety of antipasti, two main dishes and you choose the desert from a long list. Compliments to the chef!The rooms are big, very clean and with a beautiful view over Ortisei. The bus station is in front of the hotel. The spa area has an inside and an outside pool, both heated, dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi and gym.Thank you for an amazing week and we can’t wait to be back!

The views from the bedroom are amazing, as are the ones from breakfast room, pools etc..Nice breakfast with great scrambled eggs done in the moment.Nice little dog, very friendly, and nice staff helpful and with a smile.Outside pool with good temperature.Big room, hot, and cozy tyrolisean decoration.

The car parking is too small, never had free spaces. Outside also not enough parking spaces, needed to left the car in the snow, not a huge problem, but not nice.The jacuzzi water wasn't hot enough.

At Scherlin we had one of the best hotel experience. Since we arrived there we felt like in a story.It started to snow and all the lights from hotel made the perfect stay there.We got also a room upgrade free of charge with a stunning view of the entire valley.Everything was top, from breakfast, to room, to the spa and interior/exterior pool with hot water and of course all sparkling clean.We will definitely come back! Thank you Hotel Scherlin! keep going like this!

I liked EVERYTHING

First of all the location is breathtaking with a magnificent view over the valley and the mountains.Rooms are big and pacious. Everything is very well decorated and brand new.Breakfast was very good too with a decent variety of foods both sweet and salty.Do not miss out on the pool and sauna!!

The parking is very limited and badly devided. There are two parking spots that could easily fit 2 cars each if the lines on the floor would signal it. Maybe repaint it in red?

The Hotel has an excellent location with a breathtaking view. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient. A family run hotel that is still proud of how they conduct their business and clients. The breakfast is excellent and their dinner option was outstand value for money. We had a very memorable stay at Hotel Scherlin and can highly recommend this hotel in the Dolomites.

The hotel is looking good, nice pools and very good breakfast, but the best thing about it is the host. We had a problem with the car and they did everything they could to help us for hours. We will come back for sure!

Big room with amazing view of the valley, location is just 10 minutes by car to the center of Ortisei where you can find a lot of restaurants.

They don’t let you sit wherever you want in breakfast but assign a table for you which is a bit annoying but not too bad.

The room was so tidy and well presented - staff were lovely and accomodating. Breakfast and dinner both tasty!

Fantastic facilities, indoor/outdoor heated pool with infinity view over the valley, indoor and outdoor saunas, steam room and outdoor spa were a great hit on a rainy day. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and beautiful view from our balcony over the valley bellow. The breakfast was also fantastic with a variety of choices, fruits and yoghurts and cereals, cooked eggs, fresh bread meats and cheese and a variety of cakes and croissants.

The distance to town required a car, I wouldn’t suggest walking from town. However there was parking available at request.

Location is great, quiet at night, excellent breakfast, nice spa facilities.

Bed could have used a soft mattress cover.
