Service and facilities are top-notch!

Bedding was great with heavy down comforters but room couldn’t cool enough so it was hot at night

Amazing facility and location. The staff are very helpful. Their breakfast was by far the best. The spa is amazing . Very close the amazing golf course .

Very expensive and NO AC. We were lucky that we were behind the heat wave.

The property is stunning, calm, and beautiful

There isn’t air conditioning which seems really strange for a five-star property. And yes, the air cools down at night, but the rooms are uncomfortably warm in the day in August when prices are highest.

The staff really stood out for me. Extremely helpful not only for local eats but also on hikes/gondolas to take in the area. They even had hiking sticks and bags for us to use. The breakfast was incredible and the room size was great. I would easily go back.

There is no AC. Just be mindful. We didn't find any properties in the area that had AC. This was not a deal breaker as the hotel provided fans and the temperature really cooled off at night. Even with this, I'm rating the hotel a 10/10. Incredible place.

We had an absolutely beautiful stay at Hotel Gardena Grödnerhof. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and warm—they truly go out of their way to make you feel at home.We were upgraded to the Seceda Suite, which was a very generous gesture from the hotel in celebration of our wedding anniversary. The suite was breathtaking, combining elegant interior design with cozy alpine charm. It had everything you could possibly need, including a private in-room sauna, which made our stay feel extra luxurious. As a sweet surprise, we were also gifted chocolates, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a personal wedding anniversary card from the hotel owner and team—an incredibly thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special.The breakfast was exceptional, offering everything you could want—fresh, high-quality ingredients, a huge variety, and an emphasis on taste and presentation. Every morning felt like a treat.Overall, the location, service, and attention to detail at Hotel Gardena are unmatched. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and serene escape in the Dolomites.

Location is ideal. All meals were exceptional, unique with great variety. Highest quality ingredients, beautifully prepared. Breads, salads, hors d'oeuvres and desserts were offered with amazing choices. Staff are all really dedicated, friendly and professional. Guests are their focus.

In-room coffee maker was hard to operate. It jammed.

Ski room was fantastic and transfer to gondola was perfect organized , clean 10 for them!!!!

The spa was world class with its cleanliness and variety of experiences. The restaurant was beautiful and the buffets are exceptionally arranged. Staff go out of their way to make accommodations.

Superb breakfast, anything you want delivered. The greatest host escorted us to a special table. The attention we received was amazing. It was Paige's birthday and they brought out a yummy chocolate fudge cake that we saved for dessert. The cold plunge, sauna, pool was the extra topping on a beautiful hike day. Trails to heavenly views are steps away. And our room was extra comfortable and spacious. Welcome reception and front desk personnel were so helpful and knowledgeable. Gardena Grodnerhof is a must stay destination.

How do you improve on perfection?

Extremely helpful staff, amazing location, and fantastic venue. Only downside was no air conditioning and we got a little bit unlucky with it coming next year! Would highly recommend to everyone and anyone.

It was a little bit warm for us Americans who are used to air conditioning. The rooms only got up to 22 celsius (I have slept in worse) but it was something that my parents had wished was better.

Amazing hotel and experience!Staff was exceptional, facilities were perfect. The location is perfectly situated in town. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Also, the spa! The saunas, steam rooms, and ice bath are the perfect way to recover after a long hike - this was an absolute bonus for us!

Rooms got a little hot mid summer! But opening the windows at night kept it really cool!

We loved the property. Excellent restaurants, spacious and renovated rooms, pristine common areas, superb spa and a friendly and professional staff.Located in the middle of Ortisei very close to the region’s main attractions and ski lifts.

Maybe the most impressive hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful rooms. World class spa, including steam room, saunas, yoga studio, hot tub, indoor pool. The most amazing staff. Included breakfast was a huge buffet spread and items from the menu. Great location in the heart of Ortisei.

Virtually no guests, not crowded

Not a value for money. It is dated, especially when one looks at the bathroom. Worse of all, you can't get steady temperature under shower, it changes from too hot to too cold. The taps are date, hardly move.

I like everything. Amazing friendly helpful and accommodating staff. Very comfortable rooms. Delicious food, great location.

The pool, spar and gardens are excellent.
