Pra Palmer The Green B&B

We loved our stay at the Pra Palmer and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Dolomites. The Pra Palmer is a small family managed guest house, and all the staff members were exceptional. Alexander, Caroline, and Nataliya made sure we had an excellent time during our stay, assisting us with dinner reservations, and hiking trails. The room was cozy and had plenty of space. The breakfast prepared by Sandy and Petra was delicious, fresh, and the perfect start to the busy days hiking. If you are planning a trip to the Dolomites, there is no way that a hotel can get better than the Pra Palmer.

We arrived early but were unable to leave our bags as the front desk was closed until 3:00 pm.

We spent seven nights at Pra Palmer. Our experience was exceptional. The owner, Alexander, was available, friendly and very courteous, Nataliya, at the front desk, was extremely helpful with any and all information we needed on where to eat, how to get to numerous activities and sightseeing areas. In all the years we have traveled, we have never experienced such a warm, friendly and kind person dedicated to help us have the best experience possible. Finally, and just as important to us, our breakfast was excellent. Sandy greeted us each morning with a smile and genuine kindness. Every morning, we looked forward to seeing her and welcomed her interest in making sure we had a wonderful trip.We could not have picked a better place to stay. If you are looking for a wonderful experience with a great location and onsite parking this is the place to stay.

Best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had! The owners and staff were very friendly and what a great location! We were within a short walking distance to all the lifts within the town. Would definitely stay here again.

Views, architecture, and the staff were all amazing. The breakfast was phenomenal; Natalia and Sandy were the best and it was such a gift to see them everyday.

The meadow facing room was quite a bit warm, however, they never advertised AC but something to consider. Opening the door in the evening was an easier way to cool off the room.

The hotel is clean, newly funished and modern, 5 minutes walk from the center and 7 minutes walk from the cables cars.The brakefast is tasty, rich and fresh. The staff is very helpful and nice

The air condition is controlled by the staff. No reception or comunication after 19:00.

The property is very clean, and room is spacious. I like its simplicity and modern design. All hardwood furnished. It is in good location, easy walk to Orsitei town center. And also walk distance to restaurants. The front desk girls and people from kitchen are so nice and helpful. We even met the owner couple, they take good care of their property!!! The breakfast place is well decorated and it has the Mountain View, it is so pleasure to eat breakfast there every morning!

Property was clean, modern and staff was very kind and helpful. Excellent and huge breakfast! Fresh products everyday. Well located in a quiet area in Ortisei, really close to the city center. Definitely worth it!

The breakfast here was unmatched - the staff and food were amazing. Nataliya (the receptionist) was knowledgeable and so helpful as well as the owners who gave great recommendations for the hiking routes around.

Perfect location close to everything and town is walkable. Also, the front is closest to this beautiful rolling river behind your room may face a lovely green Hillside with trees. So PEACEFUL!The warm helpful team which included Alexander Natalia and Susan gave A+ customer service.The accommodations were perfect, comfortable and quiet and restful And so beautifully done. The attention to design details were perfect. So clean and sparkly!And now the breakfast, which was amazing from freshly ground Farro for hot oatmeal with fresh berries, cappuccino, eggs, prepared the way you like them by the wonderful kitchen team. They were so much to choose from-and we enjoyed the healthy choices since while traveling that can be so important.We definitely would love to stay again when we return to the dolomite area.

We loved our entire experience!

The staff were so kind and helpful. We stayed 4 nights with fantastic view from balcony (super green). The bed was also comfortable and clean with fine bed linen. Breakfast was superb everyday as they mentioned. Everything you need was just in a walking distance and near the center of the town, super market, and cable car. We couldn’t be more happier. Everything was excellent. I would stay here again for sure next time.

Pra Palmer B&B in Ortisei was fantastic! Nataliya’s warm smile and helpfulness, along with the friendly and attentive breakfast staff, made my stay extra special. Great breakfast, great hospitality!

It's an absolutely amazing B&B. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. From the owner, Alexander giving a warm welcome and then providing great sightseeing and hiking tips to the rest of the staff always being attentive. The breakfast was exceptional with homemade items and locally sourced items. Sandy was very attentive every day during breakfast and gave good positive energy with smiles. We cannot wait to come back. This place was close to the main square and made Ortesei extra special.

Loved everything.

The room, the balcony, the location, the breakfast, the staff, the view, the gym - everything was a clear 10! And on top of that, free access to the swimming pools (multiple indoor and outdoor pools) and saunas next door. Highly recommended, we would love to come back!
