Super friendly staff, clean facilities, great restaurant, amazing location

The staff is very friendly and helpful, she helps with a lot of information of the transportation and other things. Also the staffs in the hotel’s restaurant are great as well. The food in the hotel is exceptional. The location is easily to walk to the panorama point.

This may be individual problem. But the heater in the room cannot be adjusted. Make it a little bit too warm for us.

We loved the location

No food after 5pm. You have to book from the limited dinner menu in advance

Right in the most perfect location in the Seiser Alm. Hotel gets everything perfect. Cuisine exceptional and facilities spotless. Staff really makes the property stand out.

Great location up in mountain plateau. Lovely spa . Food was fantastic and very generous.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous setting. Great hiking right out the front door - delicious menu with changing menu and a very friendly staff always striving to help.

Everything! The location was stunning, amazing views and just at the beginning of the major trails. The staff was very nice and attentive.

Only thing that’s missing is an outdoor pool, it would have been nice.

Very good breakfasts and dinners

We booked a Mountainview room but the pictures showing the room during the booking process were from another room category. Our room had a parking lot view instead. Very disappointing!

Great food, great location, great wellness area

Location was sublime! Room and balcony spacious, clean and quiet.

Although we knew, we did miss a swimming pool. The outside natural lake for swimming looked great but is way too cold.And we would have liked to take dinner in the room with a view...

The location was tucked away in a small forest up in the Seiser Alm plateau. Peaceful and beautiful with an abundance of snowy hikes, cross country and alpine skiing from the front door. The hotel is modern traditional, not too fancy and showy but a perfect blend of the natural beauty surrounding it. The food in the restaurant was excellent but the service from the wonderful staff was what made the hotel and restaurant really special. We loved it so much we extended our stay and will definitely return.

Nothing to dislike

Nice nature , but the road to the hotel is very steep. For older people very steep and when snow slipery. To get to the bus you have to walk down on this steep road for about 300 mtrs. We saw different older people fell down.

There were no clear sauna rules. Which was not relaxed.There was no swimmingpool.

The hotel is in a fantastic location: from the breakfast room you can see the skyline of the Sciliar beyond the meadows. The kitchen is also excellent: I love "tiramisù" (and being Italian I have eaten my fair share of these desserts) and the one I had here may have been one of the best ever. The rooms are comfortable and quite large. The spa features three dry saunas and one steam bath, together with other facilities. The staff has also been very nice. Being more or less in the middle of the plateau, the hotel is in an excellent location to access walks around the "Alpe".

Hard to plan with the road closed really just have to stay around the hotel, definitely pre-book dinner

Wonderful place - stayed here in summer season! Was very happy with the hotel staff, facilities, food, the views - space to enjoy it all.. and so many hiking tracks just outside the hotel.Hope to return next summer!

staff are friendly and attentive. the food is fantastic. - 5 course gourmet dinners and excellent breakfasts. great location. rooms are spacious, light, quiet, comfortable, and the entire building has a natural vibe, with lots of wood and stone. and let’s not forget the six or seven saunas on site, plus wonderful massage services.

nitpicking here… pillows could be more plump.

I think I would have love more locally sourced eggs and food. The area has amazing food and I was missing the high mountain eggs, milk and cheeses

We had been in this area in 2019. U can't beat it. The hotel is right on many hiking trails.Within 2 miles of Compatch. The views are outstanding. The food is superd! We really have enjoyed the Alps. Go, u will love it!!
