Hotel Hell

Hotel is beautiful. Location is jaw dropping. Breakfast was good! Staff was lovely! Room for a family of 4 was large and price was comparable. My only complaint was how warm it was in the room with no AC and/or no fan. Without air movement it was very hard to sleep until the middle of the night but perhaps this is to be expected for the middle of summer in Ortisei. Other than that it was 10/10!

Everything! Location, all hotel staff, lovely restaurant and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Whoever was working the front desk made us feel like family. They were always smiling, cheerful and eager to talk with us and offer suggestions of things to do and places to eat.

The room is big and clean. Much better than the pictures showing on the web. The staffs are very nice. Location is also great. We enjoy our stay.

Hotel is very centrally located. Park and leave your car as everything is walking distance. Nice size rooms, good breakfast, hot tub on site, access to large pool complex next door.

Didn't eat dinner at the restaurant as they had limited items our party was interested in. Some items were very expensive. Parking was extra.

Clean good location and walkable to to city center and to 2 separate cable cars . Breakfast adequate . Dinner food is great and recommended to try . Room spacious as we booked the large room with triple bed

WiFi in the room was slow or not working so we come to restaurant and lobby area where wifi was strong

Stunning rooms and beautiful view. The check in was smooth and easy. Breakfast was AMAZING each and every morning. The location was perfect, a short walk from the center of town and a bunch of activities along the way.

WiFi does not work what so ever in the rooms. We were on the second floor and couldn’t connect with our phones. Not a deal breaker for us but we were traveling for pleasure.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s perfectly located—just a short walk to the cable car stations and the town center, which made getting around super convenient. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety. The staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Having on-site parking was a huge plus as well. Although we didn’t get the chance to try the hotel’s restaurant, we heard great things about it and hope to try it next time. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel with kind helpful staff. The facilities were also great. The restaurant was delicious.

As a couple, I would have preferred a queen sized bed instead of two beds pushed together.

Mattresses could be softer

Location, the views, mornings breakfast was delicious. The hotel’s restaurant was really good. You’ll need to make reservations at least the day before. Free ride to town with our skis. Everyone was very nice that works. We loved our stay.

Only negative was the booking.com gave impression of modern refurbished rooms but ours were not.
