We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a bus stop just a stone's throw away, making it super convenient to explore the dolomites. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff.a special thanks to Maria, she was super nice! Highly recommend for its excellent location and hassle-free stay!

Great value and the room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was thorough and I enjoyed the dinner as well. Staff was kind and helpful. Free parking was great and the property was beautiful

Everything went well on my stay. Check in was smooth, got some good advice from the receptionist. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing. Although a bit of a walk to the center, the hotel is easily accesible with the bus.

Very good breakfast! Room was good. Location a little out of town, which can be good, but also a decent walk.

Staff in the restaurant were not pleasant at times to myself and others.

The hotel offers a surprisingly wide range of services including sauna, swimming pool and bar. The staff is very friendly and willing to help, special mention to Rita - great service and availability.

Facilities are underinvested (steam sauna, balcony).

A little away from town, but I knew that.Easy enough to walk or catch bus.

Big room space. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Two stops away from the centre, so that you need to follow the bus plan to arrange visiting if don't take private car.

The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was fine. In the evenings we had cocktails at the bar. We loved that. The breakfast was also good. Loads of different yoghurts and toppings, eggs and other food options.We didn't use the pool. It looked fine but wasn't very attractive to us. The location is amazing. Ortisei is a beautiful city and you can drive to so many beautiful destinations.

The room was a bit small. The balcony didn't seem very well maintained so we unfortunately didn't use it.The coffee/cappuccino that came with the breakfast wasn't good.

Clean rooms.

Rude staff, old rooms and furniture. You need to take a bus to get to the Center of the town.

Access to a six minute bus ride down the hill into the town.

Hotel advertised a shuttle to the center which would have been helpful if you had any luggage. The city bus was always packed, no room for luggage. It was standing room only every time I used it and didn't run on the schedule.Also advertised a nice indoor swimming pool that required slippers and a bathing cap which were supposedly available at the front desk. Unfortunately, they were not so no one was using the pool.

The rooms were a bit dated, but satisfactory. The indoor pool was very nice, just be aware you are supposed to wear a swim cap when swimming. There were also changing rooms, showers, and a wet and dry sauna next to the pool. There was also a game room with a foosball table next to the pool area which we didn’t find until the last day. The hotel gives you a free bus pass and the bus stopped right outside the hotel which made it very convenient to ride into town for the lifts to the mountains or restaurants. We liked the bus better than trying to drive and park in town. Breakfast was good, but could use some variety each day.

The main bed was very hard and not comfortable. The sofa beds were extremely short and meant for children only.

The view from the balcony was great, the room was spacious, beds were comfy, good size bathroom

Limited options in the breakfast

Bathroom was large and brand new which was a nice surprise. Hotel has dated decor but doesn’t take away from any comfort. Breakfast was basic but was lovely enough and set us up for the days. Staff were friendly at check in and when coming in and out of hotel.

Car parking on steep hill and also seemed like not enough for the amount of guests hotel could take.

The breakfast is good we enjoy the food. And there is unexpected facilities such as an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna room and a steam room. Good view from the hotel and the staff are nice.

Just only a little dated decor

It's an older property, but comfortable and well located. The views are amazing. Breakfast was very good. Very large room and bathroom. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Large windows in the room.

I wish there weren't time constraints as to when we are allowed to check-in. This information was also confusing, since the website mentions 8:30 PM, but we got an e-mail saying it was only until 6:00 PM. Parking was kind of awkward as well, down a hill and with limited space.

Pool and sauna included; nice breakfast, excellent service!; we had dinner at the restaurant for three days, was convenient and pleasant

Location, couple mins to the major points, good breakfast.

The sheets and pillows are not clean, furnitures are old, and even no refrigerator nor backup sheets in the room, then I got cold that night.

We had to walk to the town ( there is a marked path) to avoid drunk driving :-)
