Quiet location, but convenient to town. Well kept grounds. Helpful staff.

Such comfortable beds. Nice clean and simple rooms. Great location a bit outside the town. Easy parking. Really nice breakfast. Ample selection and tasty.

The view was incredible. Location was great and breakfast was fantastic. Can't recommend enough.

The hotel has amazing view. It is up on the mountain. We stayed in the Family room which is spacious, clean and cozy. Christian and other staffs are very friendly and take good care of us.

Comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

We went off peak season and the hotel was quiet but there was a lot of noise. You can hear everything in the other rooms. It is very old fashioned hotel and smells of cigarettes. It's ok for the price, at least it was clean.

I found the Hotel Garni Melissa to be clean va and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. Big parking available and we’ll connected with public transportation. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

Breakfast was typical European hotel cuisine.

I can’t get used to sleeping under a heavy sleeping bag like item. It too warm, whereas a sheet would be fine.

Very nice no-so-big hotel with breakfast and pool, right off the road to Kastelruth/Castelrotto. We enjoyed the family room with a small balcony overlooking the valley. You don't get a direct view of the Dolomites; you have to go/drive up the hill for that.

These are minor issues - The breakfast was OK, not a lot of selection. The pool is not heated (?), but on a hot summer day, it wasn't a big deal.

The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a really nice stay. The room was quite big with a little balcony.Excellent breakfast too!

The staff was excellent. The family room was huge that had 2 bedrooms. Breakfast was amazing. Close to hiking trail and can walk to city center. Fantastic views. Nice swimming pool. Would recommend highly.

There was not a thing I did not like

Christian was very nice discussing the area and our plans. the room had been updated with very nice flooring and bathrooms as well. balcony was also very nice to have. breakfast was also very good/ pastries were excellent

a little way out of town but easy walk in

Beautiful location, cut off from any other buildings and easy to go around, so very quiet. Parking is easily available.

Rooms need an upgrade as the place feels dated. There were loads of flies flying around the food at breakfast, which put us off eating much.

I LOVED the guest manager he was so welcoming, he gave me loads of information about hiking trails and buses to catch. He also printed out an English newsletter everyday for me I appreciated this soo much Danke! I really enjoyed breakfast too it was delicious! and the sauna facilities were awesome. had a great room with a lovely balcony to watch the sunsets.

the room was a bit old with the wardrobes and furniture but bed was super comfy!

Great location, short walk from Kastelruth and a 20min drive from Ortisei, very friendly, helpful and hardworking staff, clean rooms, great outdoor area. Good selection of breakfast.

the swimming pool was great

in warm weather a ceiling fan would have been nice. there is no AC and no fan. Also no screens on windows or doors so you can’t open them for fresh air because flies and other bugs fly in.

Great hotel and very friendly owner and staff! we really enjoyed our stay and will consider returning! Just a super laid back and relaxing place to stay. Room was spotless clean.Hotel is a great location to get to the cable car for skiing early in the morning.

We really loved our stay here! The owner and staff were really welcoming and friendly! They had really good recommendations for activities and food around the property. The service was really personal and they even did their best to help us when our car got stuck in the snow in the next town over! We loved it here!
