Pros +
- Nice clean mountain hotel. Breakfast was regular. Dinner (for extra pay) was great. Single rooms are quite small and TV is not new, but everything is clean, staff was nice, parking is convenient. Department store is very close.
- We had a wonderful stay at Parc Hotel Florian, it truly exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and we had dinner at the hotel one night, which was very special. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again.
- Location near the gondola. The pool was nice, so were the grounds.
Cons -
- It was run down. Now maybe if you stayed in the new bldgs it wouldn’t have had the need for so much maintenance. The balcony had some wood rot, not like it was going to fall, just a bit crusty.
- Since there was no A/C, we had to have the window open. There was no screen and misquotes came in. We could hear them buzzing near our face at night. There were no bath amenities like lotion, bar soap or hair conditioner
- Wifi a bit slow, parking maybe too few.In a very hot summer, without AC would be hard to get ventilation

Loved the view from our room, and the restaurant dinner was fantastic

Staff, and breakfast were nice, the room is cozy and have enough amenities. The staff were onsite almost 24 hour, the stay is great.

Fantastic breakfast and extremely nice and helpful staff. Stunning view from front deck and the “ snack” session in the afternoon was a nice touch. The big open area out back was a real plus.
Wish the shower wasn’t so tiny, but nearly every one in our two week stay in Europe was tiny as well. Requested twin beds could have been separated a bit more in the room.
The staff at this hotel were very great, the room was clean and we had an amazing view from our balcony. The breakfast in the morning was really good too, with a great selection of pastries, fruit, cereal and more.
The wifi is a little slow/ spotty at times.
The location, staff and food are fantastic. The owners really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and helped address any needs we had. The garden is a lovely place to relax after a day of hiking.
The attic room was a bit too warm at night, even with heaters off and windows open so something to consider. It was also not great to be able to sit and read or work on your laptop. But for just a holiday, it was fantastic
The atmosphere was exceptional. Family owned and it showed. Extremely nice and helpful staff.
Some minor upgrades could make it perfect. The lighting in the room was weak
Staff was absolutely amazing, so attentive to anything you might need. The food (breakfast and dinner course) was delicious! Location is good for skiing in Seiser Alm, the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel.
The hotel is a bit outdated, we had a room in the attic and it could use fresh touch. The beds were not very comfortable, we both had trouble getting some good sleep. The table tennis table is outdoors and not in a very good shape.
This lovely family run hotel exceeded our expectations. We are disappointed we only stayed for one night and would happily stay again if travelling in this area. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We opted to stay for dinner and we were not disappointed- it was absolutely superb with a great selection of local wines available to purchase. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a one night stay anywhere more than the Parc Florian Hotel. Thank you.
the location, friendly and helpful staffs + good service mind, and the balcony ❤️❤️❤️?
The host was very helpful. We booked a room in the attic and they gave us an upgrade as we asked for elevator access. The view in our room was gorgeous.
The heater was not turned on. It was a bit cold at night.
The spectacular position, the really excellent food with all meals served on the panoramic terrace, friendly staff, comfortable room, accommodation for my dog.
I liked everything.
Amazing food - both dinner and breakfast. Fantastic view of the mountains from my bedroom window.
Quite a few stairs to my room. I should have reduced which luggage I needed to bring up in advance.

Bed was very noisySome installations, such as the bathroom tap, are very old and needs replacement
Fantastic dinner and breakfast, beautiful pool area and great view from the terrace
The location in the village is excellent: walking distance to the centrum and the gondola, but also the local bus actually stops in front of the hotel
All was great
Service and attention to guests is superb. The family owners are there to make sure everything is working well.
The suite and service were superb, but my original request was to have the best view of the Dolomites, and we were assigned a suite with a secondary view.
Everything, beautiful clean building very impress Ursula and her brother made me feel so welcome, like if they knew me, or I was part of their family, I was assigned a table, and that was my table for breakfast and dinner the entire stay, free bus pass to go to any town I wanted, the staff were so friendly, I just wished the weather would’ve been nicer so I could’ve stay longer.
I have nothing bad to say about it.
