    Pros +

    • The bed was comfortable, breakfast is good and the staff so friendly
    • Everything. Beyond my expectations. First time in this region so unsure if all hotels are similar however this one blew my mind! The staff super courteous. The different spas and the heated sky pool.
    • We liked the location close to Alpe di siusi, liked the pool. Free local bus passes. Liked robe and slippers. Welcome drink.

    Cons -

    • The massage was very basic (not expert) and it was difficult to find a booking as its a spa hotel which shall have many staff for the treatments. The food was limited (no chicken available). also there is no tea available in the room.
    • Not a major complain. But I would say it is in a smelly area. Lots of cows nearby and the smell can get into the room. I mean it is nature so it smell like nature I shouldn’t be surprised. So not that I didn’t like let us say wasn’t expecting it
    • We didn’t like the rude waiter at dinner or the menu. Didn’t like having to sit at an assigned table and no coffee in room. The room was small and uncomfortable. Soap dispensers and hair dryer didn’t work well. Temperature control and heated towel rack didn’t work, room was too hot. Strong smell of horse manure. Room was very expensive, did not feel like spending more for spa services.

Room 405 on corner with balcony and nice view. The outdoor pool level seating area very nice for enjoying a glass of wine. Easy walk to grocery stores and city. We did not use the spa facilities or eat dinner there but breakfast was wonderful, but with assigned seating. Parking underground available both nights.

Smoking on adjacent balcony. Shower door was weird to operate and a screw fell out. After staying mainly in apartments, the room seemed small but actually above average for EU.

The location is great, with underground carpark. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was ok, curtains were pointless as they let all light in, too bright to sleep after sunrise.

The spa is nudist only, which was very uncomfortable, had we of known this we wouldn’t have booked this hotel. On all the advertising and photos it shows people in swimwear. One night at 11.15pm we needed something, reception was closed and all the lights off. In our opinion the hotel is extremely overpriced.

Everythig was beyond expectations. The clean room, the comfortable beds, the food, the location, the amazing spa and sky pool and the staff.

    Everything was perfect!

everything was clean, the pool and food were excellent. convenient location with bus stop right out front. the staff was kind and accommodating. The food was delicious and abundant!

It was very expensive for my family, especially since we had to pay for 2 rooms. Also I would recommend that with the lack of air conditioning that you provide ways to cool off in the rooms such as robust fans.

Extraordinary SPA facilities , cozy rooms, delicious food and nice people - everything you can expect and eventually more. An outstanding culinary experience. They make you feel special by giving all their attention to every detail. If I could choose an favorite mountain hotel Abinea Romantic would be the perfect one

I loved every minute spending there

This hotel was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights in December and it totally exceeded expectations. The restaurant was top notch, we had all our meals here during our 3 night stay and it was all delicious. Large breakfast buffet, excellent lunch buffet, multi-course dinner, just the best! All the staff were helpful and genuine. What really made this hotel outstanding were the pool and spa facilities. It was all very modern and stylish, even in December the rooftop pool is open and heated which was my favorite place to spend the afternoons. Multiple saunas and other spa facilities, it was all clean and never felt crowded. Kastelruth is such a perfect little village, this was my third time staying there but my first time at this hotel. I would love to return and stay for longer next time.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The location near the ski slopes, the helpful staff, and the variety of amenities like the outdoor pool and spa make it a great choice for a getaway. The free bus tickets to nearby attractions like Alpe di Siusi and Val Gardena are definitely a bonus. Strong recommendation for the hotel!

Good location & beautiful hotel with amazing rooftop pool. Activity plans were provided by the hotel which made for great opportunities to explore the nearby area. Food & drink within the hotel was lovely. Would visit again.

Sauna’s and steam rooms were for nude use only. This is something we’re not used to so we were put off using these facilities.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the SPA was absolutely magnificent, providing a wide range of treatments and a serene environment perfect for relaxation. The rooftop terrace was another highlight, offering stunning views and a great place to unwind. The hotel also boasts a large underground garage equipped with Echargers, which was very convenient. The breakfasts and dinners were decent, with a variety of options that were very nice and healthy.

However, our stay was marred by a few significant issues. We faced a sleeping challenge due to the supermarket loading activities starting at 6:40 AM and with loud Chappell bells ringing from 6 AM. All rooms on that side of the hotel are affected by this noise, which made it difficult to rest. Although the hotel is next to active road, the nearby bus stop is a plus for easy transportation.Another major issue was the lack of air circulation in the rooms. There was no air conditioning or proper ventilation, and the curtains didn’t allow air to pass through, opened window didnt help. This made the room stuffy and uncomfortable, especially during warmer nights. We requested to change our room to the other side of the hotel, away from the noise, but unfortunately, our request was refused. This lack of accommodation significantly impacted our overall experience.

This hotel was WAY more than I expected! It was amazing! Very romantic and beautiful. I wish we would have had more time to spend here! The rooftop pool was heated and beautiful! I could go on and on about this place! The room had lights all around that changed colors and "mood" music that played when you turned on the lights upon entering. There was also a beautiful fireplace!

The parking garage had steep declines/inclines that made us worry our car would get scratched. No overnight/early morning reception staff working so when we left at 4:30 AM we just had to leave our keys and hope someone would properly check us out.The dinner buffet didn't look appetizing so we just drove to a nearby restaurant in town.

Excellent SPA hotel was small but nice. Views from the hotel were a bit blocked. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice

No hair conditioner in the bathroom. No tea coffee in the room.

Amazing hotel, great amenities and food/drinks, friendly staff, and the perfect location to explore the region.

It was super hot the week we were there and there was no AC in the room so it was very hot, even with the balcony door open all night (and the outside temperature being cool) which made sleeping difficult. I would absolutely still recommend this hotel.

    9RobertPosted on: 5-15-2024

Dinner and breakfast was great! We have never slept in a round bed! An interesting room and lovely private balcony with super view.

The front driveway is a bit tough for a low-slung sports car.

The Spa is very good and full of nice tools

Sometimes the spa was not so clean, we found two times a used napkin in the Turkish bath and a piece of bitten apple close to the sofa
