This is a gem of a hotel in a beautiful setting. The owners have created a wonderful hotel that at its priority are its guests and caring for our earth. The vegan food was superb, all lovers of style should stay here

The staff are amazing, the food is outstanding. The room was so comfortable and clean.

This hotel provides a special memorable experience. The owners are obviously passionate about the experience their hotel provides guest and I found this in every detail from check in to check out. Nothing not to like.

The location is unbeatable with the most beautiful hikes accessible from the property. You are away from crowds and can enjoy peace and quiet surrounded by meadows and a view to the mountains. Breakfast is wonderful, dinner outstanding, a real work of art. Everyone is super friendly. I also enjoyed the very well maintained wellness area after hiking. I hope to come back some day to the Paradiso in paradise!

Paradiso is simply the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. The food was unbelievable - genuinely to the standard of a Michelin star restaurant. The facilities are incredible. In particular, the spa is the best we've ever used. As vegans, it was amazing staying at a hotel with so much choice of vegan food and staff that share our values. We will be visiting again as soon as we possibly can!

Amazing hospitality and facilities. The breakfast and dinners are some of the best, so creative and tasteful. The property is full of wonderfully maintained facilities, with great staff and breathtaking views. Paradiso Pure is a hotel that is true hospitality and relaxation.

The location cannot be more exquisite and the hotel is a little more difficult to reach. But the quality of the location, the spa facilities are fantastic, and hiking trails are unbeatable. The vegetarian restaurant is also beyond exemplary and delicious. I even asked if they have a cookbook because the food was delicious and filling. My husband, who is not a vegetarian, loved the food. The owner is delightful as is his family.

Nothing I can report. It is pricey but it’s a hard to access place with outstanding service.

Not much. We didn't have a car, so location was difficult at times.

Very broad range of breakfast offer. Very attentive staff, providing really nice presentation of served meals. Calm location, nice for relaxing. Many hiking and bicycling opportunities.

Just a small suggestion - hot water for morning tea should be made by real tea kettle, the existing solution provides only mildly warm water...

The location, staff members, the design of the property, food presentation, and the service was amazing, we will definitely recommend this place and will come back in the future. Plant based and sustainable enthusiasts will definitely love it.

We think that the spa facilities are slightly outdated and the heated pool outside has an astonishing view, but it is always busy and we didn’t get the chance to go there.
