This hotel is extremely comfortable with good customer service. Beautiful views from the balconies and amazing location.

I would like it better if there was a microwave in the standard rooms.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff does everything it can to assist with your needs and requests.

It would be nice to have coffee and tea available in the afternoon. The hotel was able to provide hot water, but not in a suitable mug. I stayed at the hotel before and they provided a few additional amenities the first time.

Breakfast was included and just a wonderful array of breads and fruits and juices and coffee. Waaaay better than the old continentals held in other places.

Staff was helpful and some spoke English. Easy access to beach. We were able to store our luggage at hotel until check in. Conveniently located and easy access.

They need to have a toilet paper like American toilet paper, and they should have plugs for our phones in our electronics. They miss a microwave. They don’t have a microwave in the Room. They should have one.

The location is really good. Their bed is excellent.

The breakfast was the worst part of the trip, old and stale bread. Uncooked sweets.very few options. Regarding the room, the bathroom door wouldn't close completely. There's no place to hang towels and wet clothes. Also, there is only one elevator for guests.

Waited 2hr for check in to then be check in later. The room wasnt clean enough, no blankets to sleep, no electricity in the rooms upon arrival and AC wasn’t working in all suites. We suffered from the heat wave. Pool was closed for all 3 days we stayed. When we order food, delivery wasn’t allowed to deliver in our suite and also the reception refuse to bring to us (very unpleasant).

I was abusively checked out before on my early morning absence and the personnel entered into my room, steal a perfume and 1000 USD, packing my other items into a plastic bag, and also my access key was disabled before my check out

It was a very run down hotel, fairly old, in serious need of a renovation. The lift door shuts so quickly it caught my husband’s arm twice, it was horrendous to look at. The breakfast was the most basic I’ve ever seen in my life, and didn’t taste good either. There wasn’t any description of what the food was, neither in Portuguese or English. We won’t go back for sure.

The area where the hotel is located has a beautiful view of the beach attentive staff

The hotel has very simple furniture and does not refer to a 4-star category. The Hotel does not have an adequate system for providing an invoice to guests indicating the name of a company outside Brazil and I had serious problems with my accounting department for this reason. For those who need an invoice without a CNPJ (like all companies outside Brazil), they will have problems.

In front of the beach with a very nice team working in there. From the checkin to the checkout, considering the meals / restaurant team, all very nice.
