Balcony with sea view and nice location.

Although the apartment has a kitchen with a stove, there were no pots and pans. Thus, we could not use the facilities as we had planned

The breakfast was standard, and tasty. The location was excellent. It wasn't anything amazing, but it provided a bed.

It was not very clean, there was hair leftover from the previous tenant. They have a kitchen, but literally nothing to use it with, so it's just for decoration. The couch smelled like a dog.

Disappointing

The Wi-Fi available is unstable and not reliable - it was not possible to work from the hotel, which was a basic pre requisite for this trip.

We throughly enjoyed our one night stay at Costa Victoria . The location was great and the views from the apartment are superb. The bed was also very comfortable.

No complaints.

Location and pool are nice. Price is somewhat fair for what you have accept.

Staff as most in vitoria are not customer focused, there is no willingness to help or to make your stay more comfortable. I think most of them should work with animals (they don't complain).Signs of refurbishment are all over but you cannot see improvemtns, towel are old, furniture is old and so are all curtains and blinds.

The room provided could use more maintenance. The state of furniture, such chairs and sofa, is deteriorated. When I arrived the bathroom sink was clogged. Two days into the stay I had to report it. This is supposed to be identified by the cleaning staff when they do the routine cleaning.

Great location, near to the beach, restaurants and groceries

Huge room! Lots of convenient space and a wonderful balcony with a superb view of the bays and Yacht Club. Literally 50 meters to walk to the beach-side park! The breakfast was excellent! We loved the shower-very good pressure-best ever in Brazil! (hot central water).

The pool water was not clean. The room had stains on the walls and doors that obviously had not been cleaned for some time. Areas like the tv shelf and surrounding areas were dusty. The microwave was disgusting - inside not cleaned .... The door to the room had holes in it near the knob that were filled with paper scraps.

The location , the staff the room is comfortable

The free breakfast is a plus, location is very good with lot of restaurant, bar, market and other facilities close. The view and the size from apartment is amazing.

The forniture are old and must be changed fast. Because of Covid-19 some protocol must be improved and the parking place must be cleaned with some frequence. The breakfast can be improved with some additional itens.
