About

Leziria offers contemporary accommodations just outside Vila Franca de Xira, 0.6 mi from the scenic estuary of the Tagus River. It features excellent links with Lisbon, thanks to the A1 Motorway. Air-conditioned rooms at Leziria Parque Hotel have a modern layout. Each is equipped with large beds, flat-screen TVs with cable channels and includes a working station. Some rooms open out onto private balconies. Guests can stop-by at the in-house Aquarius Restaurant, serving local specialties and renowned Portuguese wines. A larger wine list and a wide selection of cocktails is available at the Bar Tejo, which is open from 15:30 until 00:00. The Aquarius Bar is open from the morning until 15:30 and has an outdoor patio. Vila Franca is famous for its annual bull-running festivals and Leziria Parque provides direct access to it. Staff at the hotel can help plan visits and excursions, and facilitate car rental services. Free parking is available on site.

    Pros +

    • It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
    • Nice hotel and friendly staff
    • Nice people on staff, parking, clean, decent food.

    Cons -

    • Hotel is dated, you could hear all other people's doors closing nearby in hall.
    • The noise from the elevators is bad and the coffee is not so good.
    • The button in the shower that’s supposed to switch the water between the showerhead and the tap didn’t work, so water came out of both, and the pressure was weak because of that. The hairdryer didn’t work, and they asked me to go to another room to use one, but that wasn’t convenient for me.It was freezing — the air conditioner kept running nonstop, and there was no way to control it in the room, no remote — probably a central system. The hotel is old. For one night on the Camino it’s okay, but if you have another option, I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

Staff was friendly, check-in was simple, rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Very easy to get back in the Camino

The location was okay, although you have to walk on the road to get there, so you need to be careful. The staff were very kind, helpful, and tried their best to assist. The room size was good, and the breakfast was decent.

Great value and well located for a wedding we attended - close to church, reception, and airport. The restaurant was convenient, and reasonably priced room was fine. Hallways carpet could have been cleaner.

    Clean comfortable good breakfast

    8m.lingamPosted on: 8-10-2025

Late check in went well and they were able to accommodate the room & bed type originally requested. Staff were courteous and appreciative. Breakfast was alright as well. Good value for anyone looking to stay somewhat close to the Airport before the morning flight. Free, secure parking(there is gate to get out) included as well. There is a McDonalds and a grocery/convenience store close by as well.

Relatively older property but they have made an effort keep it clean and upgraded.

    Location. Rooms. Breakfast

A bit old fashioned. It's ok, but a renovation would be welcomed

The only value this place provides a customer is location. If you need to be in the area, you can consider staying here. Although, I’d consider staying somewhere else in the area or traveling from a nice hotel in Lisbon.

Advertised as a 4* hotel. It’s clearly not a 4* hotel. The hotel itself appears to be some sort of old apartment building. The bed smells of urine, the pillow and bed isn’t comfortable. The hotel will not provide an iron. Instead you must submit your clothes and pay them to iron the clothes for you. Think about that, if you’re only staying one or two nights. You would need to know they don’t provide irons so you can get there early enough to give them the outfits you will wear while you’re there. They perform fire drills at 8am without providing notice to the guests. The breakfast is dismal. Poor quality of fresh food to select from. This hotel is more aligned as being a large hostel or place where large tour buses will take an elderly group to stop off for one night as they travel through the area.

The rooms were comfortable however they should look at upgrading some of the furniture. Also, if you stay for 7 nights, they should be providing more coffee and supplies. The experience I had was you get 2 packs of coffee for the first night and then nothing. So it would be better to stay one night, check out and check back in to get more coffee and water.

The gym had only 1 treadmill and that too was filthy. There is no sanitizing wipes and no air conditioning in the gym. The front desk clerk said it does not work. The hotel should have the treadmill cleaned and provide wipes for patrons to wipe the equipment after use.

Friendly staff, big room, comfortable bed, clean and very good restaurant! Breakfast had gluten free options and lunch was a very pleasant surprise!

Overall it was a nice stay, however the hotel could use some renovation! The fitness room was very poor and carpeted/smelly. Our room's shower head holder couldn't stop on the top, so we had to keep holding it while showering. Too much noise on the corridor in the early-morning, no noise cancelling from the doors.

Nice large beds and a good location for Camino walkers. Breakfast was good

Bus loads of tourists made breakfast rather frenetic. Get there at 7 if you want fruit

    8StephenPosted on: 4-22-2025

Room was a very generous size and quiet. It was also very clean.

    10DanaPosted on: 4-21-2025

We stayed only 2 nights ?,was really nice and very polite people. Very nice and clean room ? Also the restaurant had amazing food ? Definitely recommended ?

    9MatkailumiesPosted on: 4-15-2025

Sem gluten. We had a private meeting and very good gluten free/sin gluten food.

Slippery bath. Shower would be safe.

    10JuliePosted on: 2-6-2025

Very clean, and big rooms. The beds in the twin room are quite big.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the TV, it was quickly addressed, but not solved. So we were offered another room. But it wasn’t worth moving for one night. But l was impressed with the help offered.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff, strong internet, easy parking

    7JoaoPosted on: 12-26-2024

Standard hotel. Clean. Efficient staff. Good amenities and comfort.

    9PamPosted on: 12-23-2024

Nicely updated standard since a previous stay

Bath was extremely slippery. The surface made it very dangerous in which to take a shower. The plastic bath sagged when stepping into it to take shower - therefore really needed better support.
