The staff was very nice and friendly. The courtyard is agreeable for breakfast or afternoon tea. The location is convenient when having a car.

The room was small for 2 pax + 2 suitcases. Other than that everything was fine.

Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed. Very nice bathroom. Plenty of car parking.

The lift was a bit temperamental

Nice spot for a pit stop when doing a long distance drive.

It was really overpriced for what we got at130 euro for a night

Lovely welcome from staff. Food and drink was good particularly yolo pizza. Swimming pool was refreshing. Good value rooms for the price.

Could do with a clean around kids pool area. We were bitten quite a lot by mosquitoes

The manager on reception was very friendly and helpful, our housekeeper left our room very clean, the pool was fabulous. Lots of sunbeds and sunshades. Free parking. A little french bread shop 1 minute walk away was delicious. Outdoor seating too. A mini supermarket next door sold sacks of ice for €3; perfect for drinking iced water throughout the day next to the pool.

We liked everything except the hand shower over the bath. We prefer a shower that we stand underneath.

The pools, including splash-pool for children, was super! Outdoor area for eating or just relaxing in the shade was also super. Last but not least, the staff are 100% dedicated and helpful!

I prefer rooms without carpets, and it would have been awesome to have an outdoor light on our balcony. But this is nitpicking;-)

Getting there by car is fine but any other means of transport would be difficult.

Location and was cheap considering that weekend in nice was two games(rugby world cup 23)back to back.

The room had clearly been released because the wedding being hosted at hotel didn't need it, This led to restaurant not being available which was a little embarrassing as I was half way up path leading to it when I noticed bribe talking to her guests, I beated a quick retreat. Why when I booked the staff didn't say it was closed for a private function I don't know! This led to the scary walk to the pizzaria along main road couple hundred yards up from main entrance, closed for private function for a birthday , luckily they took potty on me and did me a take away , Didnt like the fact the room had a kitchen but it was locked away because you can only have kitchen if your staying 3 or more nights so had to use bathroom for water!Did go for breakfast in morning but it hadn't been replenished still one hour of service to go when I went in , so didn't bother with it.

Location to rugby stadium good. Secure parking . Good option if just seeking room to sleep.

No train services nearby to travel to and from central Nice .

Not being allowed use of kitchen. TV was very small for the wall. Lights wouldn’t come on when entered hallway.

Rooms was very nice and modern. It was possible to have a small kitchen opened up for longer stays. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a little bit of everything. Pool and pool area was nice but worn. The hotel restaurant was very good and very well visited by the locals. There also was a cake shop with some fantastic cakes.

From the outside the building looked very worn down. The area was 15 min outside of Nice and not very interesting.

Good location, parking place for the car. We enjoy swimming pool. Apartments were clean, with new furniture and air-condition, beds were comfortable, also we had a small kitchen corner. There is a road near apartment, but windows canceled the sound.
