Mc Kevitts Village Hotel

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel .As usual the staff were excellent . The room was warm and very clean .The food was top class .We had an enjoyable stay in Carlingford and McKevitts Village Hotel was a big part in that .We will be back

Nothing really apart from that the T V in our room could be a bit bigger .

The staff were brilliant. So professional and helpful. We were away for a special occasion and they helped make this a very special evening for us. Food was amazing and room was spotless clean too. All you could ask for really !!

Friendly people, great small town with excellent food nearby.

Great location in central location. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Good musician in bar.

Staff were amazing the rooms were comfortable and a perfect heat.

Little bit of noise early morning late night sounded like something was being dragged through the hallway only lasted 10-15 mins tho

Room we stayed in had some sort of generator outside window/roof.Was noisy all night long.

Right in town, near shops and restaurants

The only thing was when we were leaving at 740am, no one was at the front desk and I had to go back to the rooms to lock the keys in.

Very Friendly staff as was the entire town of Carlingford , music on the first night was great and a lovely pint of guiness!

very difficult to fault anything but the only gripe I had was that breakfast should have been included in the price of the hotel!

Clean comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast menu. Staff very pleasant. Accommodated baby well. Central location.

Beds 2 singles beds pushed together , 1 was definitely ready for the bin big dent in it, second nite music soo loud but we informed of that , also a generator going off every hour r soo

Key was extremely difficult to use to get into room and resident entrance.Shower head wasn’t fitted properly.Rail in shower had the metal fixture covers sliding off it.No plugs beside the bed.Kettle tray had to be moved out of the wardrobe to be used.Paint was peeling on the walls under the windows.TV was in the corner and didn’t face the bed.Sheets desperately needed replacing.Hairdryer nozzle was broken.

The noise which sounded like water tank filling through out the whole night ,it did keep us awake in room 10

Breakfast doesn't start until 9am so if you are up early you will need to wait around.

Fab hotel amazing breakfast asked for a king size bed it was no bother. Location perfect

Mckevitts is amazing, excellent location excellent accommodation, Excellent Staff, Service, food and drink, will definitely be back

No carpark but 2 local public carparks very near by

Honestly I couldn't say anything bad thing about it, the place was spotless, rooms were comfy, warm, we stayed on the road side,yes a bit nosy at night but that didn't bother or spoil it for us, all round lovely stay xx

Room was lovely, staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble.Have stayed here twice and will definitely be back
