The location cleanliness staff and that breakfast was included

Good sized room, beds were comfortable, good shower pressure

Thin walls, room fridge was not strong enough

The hotel was a newer property on the edge of town. Thankfully there was a nice restaurant next to the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and provided a secure place for us to store our bicycles.

The WiFi didn’t really work. You could text, but not access social media/news. The room was clean and the location was perfect. Staff was kind. Would have preferred to have two pillows per each of us and a wash cloth. Overall, good for a short stay, but not for a long one.

Good breakfast and location.

The shower was messy to use. the shower head was clogged and spayed very little water everywhere. Hard to use.Carpets in hall were visibly dirty.

We've been travelling a lot and have stayed in many places. Usually, I would not take the time to leave a review for a hotel where we only stayed one night - I don't have the time. However, this hotel stood out positively in almost every aspect (most other places had some really nice aspects, but also some issues) and was really good value.

The room was very comfortable and clean.

Location was good

My room was at the front of the hotel and the windows were clearly not sound proofed. The hotel is right next to the road, so I was kept awake most of the night with vehicles slowing / accelerating to the roundabout

Both, room and bathroom were big and we got lucky that was not facing the main street, as the noise isolation is not good, so we could sleep without car noises.The workers at the reception were very nice and even offered some advices as to what to visit in the area.

WIFI was not available at all in the room, it was impossible to connect except right in front of the door.The room was not ready when we arrived despite being way later than the checkin time. They explained that had issues with laundry service so thats ok, it can happen but they should at least had the proactivity to offer something in return such as breakfast or something. If guests want to stay longer or do checkin earlier, then, we are charged extra cost, but the opposite does not come with any return despite being 3 hours after checkin time.For the price, breakfast should at least be included and WIFI should work flawlessly, which was not the case.

Room was fine, the staff was pleasant and helpful and the breakfast, while not amazing, was more than enough. The room was facing the back, which eliminated any issue with road noise.

Unfortunately the aircon, while working well, was very noisy so we had to turn it off, which made for a rather stuffy room after a while.

The property was clean and efficient. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was functional had possessed most required amenities (balcony with chairs and small table; adequate power outlets; functional wi-fi; shower AND tub, etc).

The lobby looked like one big vending machine. All drinks or snacks were behind glass. The overall effect de-humanized the place.

Exceptional

Wii-fi didn’t work just bc the signal was too weak on the 1st floor and there were women hairs on the bathroom upon our arrival

Clean, modern facility within walking distance to the town center.

Martin the receptionist was very helpful Tried to undo booking which was mistakenly done for the 13 May to14th may . As We needed for that night 13 April to 14th. WE HAD TO REBOOK AT A HIGER RATE. WHICH WAS €11 MORE. We met two people the next day on checkout and they had no Authority to refund the original amount as they were not Management. The Manager was off that day 14th. I'm now requesting the full refund Lees €16 which was breakfast for two people Booking. Com can do this as you don't pay the hotel immediately and if you do you should see the value of my custom and act fairly

No Manager to deal with the issue of double booking

Clean, comfortable beds, 24 hour coffee machine in lobby, free parking and very good price.

Great place to stay in the heart of Cantanhede. Hotel is modern and with all the appliances you need for a great stay. Room was comfy and the bed was really good. Would add a pair of additional pillows, but overall, great place to stay. Breakfast was good enought.
