The owner Angela was super friendly and attentive to her guests. The hotel is so charming and well appointed throughout. The mattress is comfortable and the rooms are very clean! We arrived late, but was able to grab a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. Angela made us amazing breakfast. We would return for a stay in a heartbeat!

Angela runs a beautiful small boutique hotel with energy and charm. The rooms are quaint and the little restaurant over delivers for value and quality. Highly recommend!!

The best Hotel in a long time! Angela and her husband and team make you feel like you are family, feels so welcoming! Great stay in every way, wonderfull and comfortabel rooms, very clean, freshly prepared and very tasty breakfast, marvelous dinner all very good quality and so well prepared by the chef/ owner.We did not want to leave, and for 100% will be back for more!Just go there to have a lovely dinner, or better yet, also book a room!

It was great place for getaway, and not for business trip.It wad cosy, comfortable and clean.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff were fantastic and the owner was super friendly - we travelled with a baby and they went above and beyond. The breakfast was fresh and excellent. Our only regret is that we didn’t have dinner at the restaurant.

The property is just lovely. It is perfect for an overnight stay! The hostess was very kind and helpful, she greeted us at the door and show us around. Our room was furnished beautifully, it was spacious, had a coffee machine with complementary coffee and some cookies. There was also a TV and a cute adjecent bathroom. It had everything we needed!In the morning we were served the most delicious breakfast, the cook asked how we liked our eggs and coffee.

The bathroom kinda small and we had to park on the street, but overall we loved it.

We absolutely loved this place. Angela, who runs this place is one of the kindest hosts we've met.The place is beautiful, clean, and well equipped.

The only down side is the location, if you're not mobile, it's pretty hard to get there or travel around

Cute small town. No problem with parking. Owner spoke english very well. Dinner in the restaurant downstairs was very good/ tasty. Spacious room.

Bed and especially the pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep in, because they were very rock hard. The owner was very friendly overall and you could feel that she is a very sympathetic person, but during our stay she was mainly busy with the restaurant downstairs and very stressed. She didn't even have time to do a proper check-in and check-out. As a guest this gave the overall impression that any request were more of a burden to her, what didn't make us feel as comfortable during our stay as it could have been.

Breakfast was very tasty, with fresh fruit every day, and a good variety of choices. Coffee/tea was perfect. All staff catered to our specific tastes. Our granddaughter stayed with us twice and thoroughly enjoyed herself!

Everything was great, so no need to recommend any improvements. I’d love to tell you more just to fill the line, so I’ll just say there is no need for improvement. Just keep doing what you’re doing! We’ll miss you guys!

The place was a treasure on the way to Porto. Addition to hotel - restaurant is exceptional ! Next time when we are going to Porto will stay here again. Suggestion: come hungry. Restaurant is amazing!

The owner was very nice and caring. The breakfast was awsome and delicous. The room was clean and well designed. The bed and pillows were very comforfable.

I am really glad I stayed here, and it was absolutely worth the slight detour from the A1. This is a building situated in a charming village but the property and restaurant have contemporary flair. Great shower, wifi, decor. Included breakfast was the best I've had anywhere, homemade, great portions, and a lovely pastel de nata. A few hours from Porta and Lisbon, and close to Coimbra and the shore—great location for traveling across Portugal.

we stay at emerald room. bed was awful very noisy. air conditioner very noisy. didn’t have blackout. much light through the window. my husband slept in the bathroom. we didn’t slept all night no breakfast. they said the cooker missed today. so they gave us a voucher to spend at the nearest pastry.

The hostess was super friendly and the room was truly amazing - very stylish and cosy, as is the rest of the hotel to be honest. We had a good night sleep and the breakfast was tasty and kept us going for the whole day as we had to travel far! :)

We did not like that our house does not look as stylish.

Dinner was exceptional, lots of gf and vegan options. Extensive wine list.The room we stayed in was finished to such a high standard - plenty of space for us and our dogs.The proprietress was welcoming and an utter delight.

I cannot find fault with our experience.
