    Pros +

    • Excellent service from all the staff. Enjoyed the excellent food and wine on all inclusive package. Managed to go to Palermo and Cefalù on coach trips organised by the hotel.
    • Comfortable rooms and really tasty food (different every day). Friendly and helpful staff.
    • Nice pools and very large property (even with football and tennis fields)Food freshly prepared and with healthy choices

    Cons -

    • The entertainment was good enough but it didn¿t start til 10pm which is too late.
    • The plague of this hotel are constant conferences/corporate events for hundreds of people. People with badges swarm all public areas so it’s hard to walk through, huge queues at the bars and unspeakable behavior at the restaurant as if these people haven’t eaten in weeks. As a guest I felt really uncomfortable.Halls are not maintained with bottles of wine/champagne standing everywhere (after room service) and panoramic windows being so dirty.Kids Club is understaffed with dirty toilets (turds everywhere) and no toilet paper. We visited the hotel in a lower season and still the hotel infrastructure had a hard time coping with the number of guests. Hard to think what happens here at full occupancy.
    • Dining room noisy and quite crowded

Everything was amazing! We were upgraded to a better room for free, and the check-in process was very pleasant and smooth. The room cleanliness and housekeeping were excellent — my compliments to the cleaning staff. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided. The food at the buffet and restaurants was incredibly delicious — as a vegan, I truly appreciated that they prepared special meals just for me, thank you so much! The staff were very friendly and never intrusive, it was a pleasure to talk with them. The bars and cocktails were also great. Wi-Fi worked perfectly across the entire resort. I also really enjoyed the spa experience. Additionally, the hotel app was very convenient — it made it easy to check schedules, book restaurants, entertainment, and room service.

It would be nice to have YouTube access on the TV and a slightly cheaper airport transfer option. But these are just small details compared to how wonderful our stay was overall.

    Loved the beach access.

You have to reserve for dinner, which was not explained and there were no openings the entire time we were there so the dinner options were very limited.

A low star hotel trying to economize on every necessity presenting to be a 5-star

Weird situation with drinking water. They do not provide bottles at the beach, just plastic cups. Very inconvenient.Grey towels needed to be replaced.Awful smell from linen and air conditioning.Coffee is below any standards. They use low quality beans. So much shame for an Italian hotel. The room was not ready when I arrived at the check in time. The safe box was not working. So these are the disadvantages I faced, and nothing really impressed me, so I could forget about the inconveniences I was caused from this accommodation.

Wonderful holiday, hotel very clean and excellent service. The food selection was very good, and restaurant had lovely dining atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Quiet secluded beach.

There could have been more table tennis tables ...there was only 1 for the entire hotel so had to always wait.Guest hydration levels and water availability could be improved by having water bottle stations around hotel.

The food, the swimming pools, the entertainment, the service, the room.

The remote location, the shows started rather late, too many restricted areas.

Check in staff were wonderful, very knowledgeable and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived a little early and we were given one room out of two which was fine, we were also given our bands so we could use the restaurant and facilities. The first restaurant we visited for lunch was by the pool, call Portafina, this was awful- food everywhere, on floor and counters, needed to wait 20 mins to get seated. I personally refused to eat the slop available but children did have chips, we left after 12 mins and did not visit there again.Pool areaVery good- sunbeds always available and pool and toilets very cleanBarGreat service- good strong drinks and plenty choiceRoomsClean and bright showers were not the best as no power Steak restaurant- very good food and serviceThai restaurant- excellent food and service Sports bar- no outside area food okayMain buffet area- as you would expect in an AI placePizza, pasta, burgers and saladBeach- rocky but plenty sunbeds, water sports depend on weather so we did not get a chance to try this out due to choppy seaEntertainment was okay, but was very late with the main show starting at 10pm.

No place for children to have afternoon snacks near the pool/ beach a grill in the afternoon would be ideal near the beach Queuing to get into breakfast, lunch and dinner was tiresome- needs to be a better system Would be nice to have waiter service around the pool. More water stations around the pool not just at the bar The segmentations for AI and the signature brand was a bit annoying- because they paid a specialPremium they got into restaurants quicker had there own queue system- bit annoying and a bit in your face

Great room, modern, comfy and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Kids club very handful.

All inclusive not really includes all.. several drinks and meals are not included and not easily identified. Not enough chairs by the several pools for all the guests, reserve chairs not allowed but several people were doing it anyway. Only one snack bar in one side of the hotel. Not convenient at all.

    5TakayukiPosted on: 7-31-2025

Friendly staff and wide range of meal options in buffet

Poor shower head water pressure and ants walking in the room

    5RachaelPosted on: 7-21-2025

The beach was pretty and free parking. The staff was friendly enough.

The buffet food was not good. Even the pasta station was not good. The dishes were dirty majority of the time. It was hard to get staff attention for drink refills. Beds were uncomfortable. The layout of the resort and the room felt more like a dormitory and very loud. Did not have anyone restock the fridge. Resort says it’s for families but I had to carry my stroller up and down stairs, and the “kids pool/area” did not have any shade. Overall, I felt like I spent a lot of money for an average stay.

Staff are so incredible here, super friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and clean and the pools are nice.

The themed restaurants are fully booked out, it's hard to get a reservation. The beach isn't very nice, it's rocky - could be improved with a platform to swim out too or watersports activities. These are advised around the hotel but aren't actually available. It's just not 5 star, the food is nice enough but not the best ever and the pool areas are just not pushing it. We paid more for the signature stay which made our stay nicer but was expensive for what you get. I would rate this hotel as a 4 star stay. There are also a lot of extra costs, you can't even watch movies without paying €7 for each film and the only other channels are news or kids TV.

Ideal place to relax and enjoy the scenery beautiful grounds and beach. Signature level pool lawn chairs were dreamy.

A la carte restaurants were already booked up prior to check in.

The grounds are very nice. The view from our room was excellent. The staff was friendly and mostly happy to help. Our laundry was returned before we expected it back. The cleaning staff were thorough and quick.

The food for which we paid extra was substandard. The beef filet was not a filet mignon. It was thin, tough and likely sirloin. The very thin beef in one of the buffets was tough and full of gristle. The bartenders have obviously been coached to hold back on pouring the full amount of liquor ordered. For example, I ordered a double vodka (named vodka for which I paid extra) and the first shot was 80% of the shot container while the second shot was well below half of the jigger. Every time I ordered a double I had to demand to get the two full shots that I was paying for. Each bartender who did this looked shocked that I protested. The rooms have cheap, instant coffee. You can’t call this a five star hotel when you don’t have a coffee maker in each room. The pool and spa area are not free. I’ve traveled a lot around Europe and the US. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a pool that costs extra to use. The plastic glasses used for drinks by the pool are tiny. It appears that management has established methods and procedures to minimize the hotel’s cost in a variety of ways, to the detriment of its customers. This is our first experience in an “All Inclusive” hotel. It will definitely be our last.

Lovely staff, comfortable rooms and delicious food!

Most resorts of this type would have a heated pool that is not charged
