- There was an error in our booking and we ended up spending about $400 a night when it was supposed to be a lot less. I believe the man at the front desk (Roberto) must have seen that the rate was wrong but he didn't say anything. I had to prove that I had called him when I made the booking and changed our stay, which he agreed to. To this day I still feel yucky that he was going to let me pay such an exaggerated amount. When I showed him the error he had me sit for 20 minutes while he talked to Booking.com, but it was just for show because our conversation was noted in the app. It was very disturbing and it took me a while get up the courage to write this review. At first, I didn't want to say anything but I felt so awful about it I figured it was important. I over paid for the room by a lot, I paid double but I would have paid so much more if I hadn't said anything. It leaves me with a bad feeling and I never want to go back.
