Everything in the room looks new. The big window and the balcony to the mountains makes you feel you'r part of nature. Bed is comfortable bathroom is spacius. Breakfast was good.

We only stayed 1 night ? There is no katle for tea/coffee.

Nice view through window. As there was no conditioning, we opened balcony, so it was good, that was quite quiet street and enviroment.

Staff was cery dissatisfied. First of all we wrote for conditions about additional bed for child, sisnt get any answer, when cane, got an answer, that its bigger price. There was no shampoo in shower cabin, when we asked, came unpleasant, unhappy woman with claims to us that she has to carry it for us at all. Very ugly situation. There was no conditionier.

We arrived a bit too late, still we found reception waiting for us, friendly and comfy bed we just loved the view from our balcony

Very friendly considerate staff, clean cozy aesthetic room with beautiful view to the mountains. Free publictransportation tickets. My arrival was pretty late, tho the staff was nice enough to reheat the sauna only for me. The breakfast variety was amazing, fruits; ananas, fresh strawberries, melons & from veggies; tomatoes paprika cucumbers were served. Fresh tulips on every table. All these little details were very special for me, i have stayed at several hotels around the corner and the variety was the best here so far.Also for its price-value. I would definitely recommend it further, had a nice stay, thanks a lot:)

We chose for the proximity to the castle we wanted to tour and the hikes near the waterfalls. The property exceeded our expectations. Super modern room with beautiful views from the huge windows and the balcony. Room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was straight out of an interior design magazine. Breakfast was typical continental style but dinners were another high point. Everything was delicious and it was really nice to enjoy such a high quality meal without having to leave the hotel. Meal prices were very reasonable.

Smell, no response from staff

The facility and services were very clean. The staff were very cordial and pleasant to interact with. I had the most tranquil and rejuvenating experience during my stay. Would definitely return.
