Staff prepared decoration for son bithday ( it was kindness and surpised for our son). Close to Sand in Taufers and Spiekboden/Klausberg ski resorts. We were pleasure our staying.
- Very friendly staff, extremely clean and nice smell. The rooms and the whole hotel is very cute furnished and maintained.Spa center was just perfect for us. We really had a great time and were happy to extend our vacation. Dinner is not a buffet, but we’re happy to try new dishes. Thank you also for the “Tyrolean dinner” ?

- The lack of AC makes it a bit tough in peak summer.
- I didn't like the fact that the room didn't have air condition. We suffered every night of our stay and had to sleep with the windows open in order to have some air but that made the sun wake up very early in the morning..... Our 3 yrs old baby sufferer the heat as well and couldn't sleep property. When you have issues sleeping it's hard to enjoy the rest of the day and for a 4* hotel, all new and perfect as this is, having no air condition is a bad choice for those who suffer the heat.

The facilities and the breakfast on the property were amazing. This family run hotel feels like a professionally managed hotel and is run so smoothly.

I really liked the property, the facilities & the Staff. They have been amazing throughout the whole stay. Breakfast & dinner were very good, the Swimming pool & the Spa were great, the property very clean and the location was perfect for us.
