Pros +
- Awesome location to reach areas of interest in the Andernach and Koblenz area.
- Good facilities. Modern room. Good menu in the restaurant.
- It is a comfortable hotel at the outskirts of Andernach (the city with the edible parks and a geyser). It has a huge gym area and a sauna and spa area that is also used by the people in the area as a go-to sports facility. They have these parts in excellent order. We also tried the adjacent restaurant and were happy with it. The rooms are big and the beds comfortable. The parking is free and directly next to the hotel (as there as so many daily visitors, there is enough parking space). The hotel is easily reachable by car.
Cons -
- Initial check-in location was different than the check-out location but nothing too difficult to figure out.
- Restaurant closes at 20:30
- We arrived late and nevertheless the staff was very friendly and took the time to engage - they even called us to make sure we are on time. Otherwise, they would have left us the key in a box.

Definitely not four-star hotel as is announced - it's more like hotel associated with Spa and sports club. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast modest.
Reception works only in the morning, late arrival - must wander around to get keys. No coffee facilities in the room. Pool only together with sauna and no access for children
Big room CleanComfortable
Such a nice rooms... and fantastic Sauna. Plenty of Parking. Excellent Breakfast
Nice property, very clean, parking available.
Somewhat loud due to fitness classes onsite, if arriving afterhours, somewhat complicated access.
the rooms are big and well designed. the interior part of the hotel is good. there is a very big sports center, i liked it. Spa option is also good.
the city center is so small and the hotel is far from city center. 30 minutes walk. there is nothing around. the kitchen is closed at 7pm and there is no automat or something to buy snacks or drinks after that hour.
Staff is very kind. Room was clean and quiet. The building is bit complicated, but it's also fun for me.
Room was great and large. Everything new and sauna's and pool was extra.
Suite was excellent, especially bathroom was spacious with jacuzzi and separate bath area with multiple shower heads.
Excellent hotel, very nice rooms, very comfortable and good service
The restaurant closes at 7 PM, that was kind of surprising. Pillows were a bit soft and no additional spares ones in the room
Everything other was super.
We ordered a room with kitchinette. Unfortunatelly it was a mistake (Booking? The hotel?)and the room with kitchinette was not available. It was suprising for us. But we got 10% discount.
It is ok for a sport stay.
