We enjoyed every thing about our stay great location lovely host great selection at breakfast cleam comfy room even the remote key access worked great (i was worried) needent have been!

My stay at the cozy hotel in Andernach, nestled in the heart of the old town, was truly delightful. The convenient parking facilities just around the corner were a great plus. What truly made my experience special was the warm family atmosphere that enveloped the entire stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and at home throughout.The breakfast spread was impeccable, offering a perfect start to each day of my stay. As a business traveler with unpredictable arrival times, the digital check-in and key-less entry system were a godsend. This feature streamlined the process and made my stay hassle-free.Despite being primarily a business traveler, I deliberately opt for this hotel for its cozy ambiance and welcoming vibe. It's far from being a typical corporate lodging; instead, it offers a charming, homely atmosphere that sets it apart. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking more than just a place to stay; it's an experience in itself

The studio had a lot of natural light and was very well equipped and the staff was very friendly and accommodating

There was no lift (which is usually okay but since we had to carry the baby stroller back and forth it was a hassle)

The hotel impressed with its impeccable cleanliness, exceptionally comfortable beds, and a well-appointed bathroom featuring delightful cosmetics. Location just next to the central square where a Christmas Market took places was really amazing surprise.

Accessing the room on the top floor with a suitcase can be a challenge due to numerous stairs. Lack of 24/7 on-site personnel (eg. at reception desk) is a bit of a strange experience. Additionally, the price seemed really high for the overall offering.

Clean room with enough space and well organized bathroom and clothing space. Very friendly and professional service. Decent breakfast with good produce and individual service. Very convenient location right next to the Marktplatz.

Get a code to get in but the owners were inside and i vot a warm welcome ! There is a room were you can sit and get some refreshments from a machine. Nicely situated on the Markt in Andernach. Parking nearby.

Well, i was on the 3rd floor, no lift as the beautifull renovated building is from 1890. Positive is i am fit again after doing the 55 steps up and down many times !

Great location, lovely city, best hotel stop on the Euro Velo 15 between Mannheim and Köln.

Great hotel in a nice location. My flight was delayed but I was still able to access the property late at night with clear instructions. The room was extremely comfortable and the staff were really nice. Thank you for the coffee in the morning.

The staff was really nice, welcoming and helpful.The room was clean, very nice shower, comfy bed :) Hotel situated on a square where you can eat and drink. They have a safe place to park your back if you need to. The breakfast is amazing. The best we had during our trip ! So much to choose from, tasty. We will book again if we come back to the area !

Very well-working check-in even without any personell involved. Spotless room. Two wonderful women efficiently handling the checkout and going out of their way to making me feel welcome.

Not a problem for me, but the room was on the third floor without an elevator. People with problems climbing stairs should ask for rooms on a lower floor.

Overall the "Stilvoll" impressed with friendly staff and good breakfast. Particular impressive has been the very fast response to an issue we raised basically within minutes i recceived back a call from the owner and the staff tried to find a solution. This has been particular impressive as i mailed the probleme to a very general e-mail adress instead of directly calling someone. As "Andernach" is really small the location was very good, but not a distinction to any other hotel in the area. The check-in process was cleverly designed automateed in a manner that timing was not problem.

Where a good side is, there is a bad side as wel;1. In our bathroom there had been trouble with the sanitary installment, such that fementation gases from the canalization came back up. It smelled disgusting. Although staff tried to fix it with checmicals, this did only bring relief for a few hours.2. The service was friendly but very loud. When i asked that the service would use my credit card which has been used to guarantee the reservation, they explained me very longish that this would not work because than they would need to wait. Although i said okay and agreed to pay via another credit card directly at the check out, the service kept on explaining what the problem was and kept talking. Again overall very firendly service, but sometime could not read the moment very good. 3. Data protection has been vague - asking loudly in the room of room XYZ with guest XYZ will come to breakfast or not, seems to be no real problem, but indicates a missing / lacking respect which i personally looking for in a hotel. 4. Let's discuss the price: Again a very clean, small hotel with friendly staff, but 125€ incl. breakfast a night seems very competitive. for a rather small room which did not even include a bottle of water. I enjoyed the stay, but in bigger cities you receive similiar priced deals at higher ranked hotels with more exclusive service. I am in doubt that this price can be fully reasoned - it seems overall fair at the higher end of the range.
