Location, cleanliness, available parking and easily reachable.

Bed was very hard

I was a nice affordable and modern hotel. They provided a breakfast with a large selection of food.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The location was great.

The room was a little noisy, especially a buzzing sound from the electricity.

Nice staff, super friendly to cyclist, with options to clean the bike. Nice Location.

Staff was very kind & even let us bring our bikes to our room. This hotel seems to be very bike friendly in general. Room was clean and comfy.

Above a gas station, but first impressions can be deceiving. Great restaurant attached. Room is basic but clean and relatively comfortable.

The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast in the winter months but it did not state this on Booking.com. There are no tea &coffee facilities in the room but just in the foyer

The hotel was very close to the town centre, the staff was very helpful. They even prepared packed breakfast for us as we were leaving vrry early. The room.had AC and there was a rack for clothes in the backyard. Everything was perfect. I really recommend this hotel.

We were 6 cyclists on a Tour of Tuscany and the hotel was really well set up for cyclists with great secure storage and bike tool station outside, and even a hose to clean the bikes. We really enjoyed our stay and exploring Buenconvento.

Great location, friendly staff at reception. Room was a nice large size, had a lift which was good for luggage. Breakfast was ok. Nice foyer area.

There is a rooftop, that could be really nice and somewhere to sit & have to a drink and watch the sunset, but unfortunately it is neglected and rundown, could be fabulous!

Great breakfast that set us up well for the day's bike ride. The room was good sized but very plain. Terrific storage for our bikes.
