The views were amazing, food was good, staff really friendly and the facilities are well kept.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff is very polite and accommodating. The room was well decorated, pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Amazing hotel, good staff, nice pools (recommended to visit in the summer,m because its in the north), great spa (if you did’t book a room that include entry to the spa it extra charge 25€ per person)If you came with car which is recommended there is a free parking for the hotel!

The location, it’s so far from everything except the golf course that is so close to the hotel, always we were suppose to ride almost one hour to get to good restaurants, malls and shopping center!Beside that I booked unlimited golf room which should be with a view to the golf course, but its not really was like that! Housekeeping didnt inform us that they work only until 4pm. We left the room after that time and put the cleaning tag on the door but the room wssnt cleaned they just replace towels and didnt even collected the old ones

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was simply exceptional — from the attention to detail to the quality of service, nothing was left to chance. The rooms were impressively spacious, extremely comfortable, and equipped with high-quality amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable.The pools were absolutely stunning — just the perfect atmosphere: not crowded, but far from feeling empty. Exactly the peaceful, relaxing vibe I was hoping for.Overall, a top-tier experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. I woul definitely return.

Everything :) huge bed, extremely nice room, bath, shower. Breakfast is amazing. Salazar restaurant experience was amazing too.

The rooms are spacious. You have a walk-in closet and a nice, comfy bed. There was a bath and a hot tub. We enjoyed them. The pools are nice, too. The water temperature is said to be at least 26C. It probably is. On the lowest floor, there is a nice little garden, good as well!As for breakfast and dinner, we enjoyed the selection most days. However, the hotel claimed to change the menu daily. That is not exactly true. But it is acceptable. There is also a nice wine selection there.Overall we enjoyed the staff, they are helpful and nice. On the other side, the staff tries to clean the room several times a day. It's okay, but you can't opt out. So, even though phones are everywhere, someone could knock on your door while you're sleeping or relaxing in bed to ask if you need coffee.

We ordered a room with a view of the sea. What we got was a room with a view of the net over the gold field. Through the net, you can see the sea. That is why you cannot see photos from the balconies when you select such a room.Even though it's a spa hotel, the spa is not included. You need to pay an extra €25 per person for 90 minutes. Prior to booking I specifically checked, and I saw rooms with options for cyclists and golfers, so I thought the spa was included but that is a wrong advertisement. Okay, we decided to pay and go in. The sauna was cold. There is only a single bench with no levels. The water contained no aromatic oils either. Several of the hydromassage equipment were broken. I'm not sure what we paid for.The hotel calls itself a "small luxury hotel." There are eight levels here. It's not as crowded as the hotels in the south of the island, but I wouldn't call it small.

Not up to the usual “Small hotels of the World” standard.Restaurants average,the Italian was poor, Nothing really outside the resort so much prefer the San Roque in Guanachio 20mins away.They are taking golf tour groups and generally misses the high individual standards we would expect at this level

The breakfast was truly exceptional (fresh products and atmosphere). Once a violinist came to play for breakfast.The staff were really attentive and professional.

The bedroom was big but not very soundproofed (hopefully our neighbours were respectful).The spa is fully booked during the week-end, so you have to book it in advance.

The colonial style, the restaurants, the staff were all amazing.

Our golf view suite didn’t have much of a golf view.

(1) Food was poor - limited choice and buffet ( both for breakfast and dinner ) was often only luke warm ( clearly the hotel needs a better system to keep the food hot)(2) Bar closed at 12 midnight and we were told quite abruptly to leave(3) Staff seemed uninterested in service in buffet area where it was difficult to order drinks etc and plates were not cleared away promptly(4) Main dining room had canteen feel with bright lights and no soft furnishings.

Poor food, no atmosphere or character. Rooms lack decor, very basic. Seriously overpriced. Garden rooms are dark and depressing.

The layout and design of the hotel and grounds. Friendly staff. Tea and cake section a very good idea. Large comfortable room.

A lovely adult-only hotel on the west side of tenerife which was beautifully clean and great for chilling out. My partner loved the golf course and it was easy for him to book rounds. We had a car drove to Garachico most evenings for dinner which was nice to mix it upThe buffet breakfast was brilliant, with a pancake station, fresh fruit and eggsWe also loved the tea and coffee station with fresh cakes near reception

Sometimes the service at lunch can be a little slow but not a problem on holiday. My main gripe is that our water wasn't replaced every day which meant we had to buy bottles from the supermarket. At this price point I would expect water in the room daily

The hotel was lovely and we enjoyed our room. Also, all the staff were excellent and very friendly.

The food. It was average at best, but when you have a half board package, you don't have much choice. There aren't a lot of options nearby either.
